Every completed order credits your Swoop wallet automatically. Request payouts to your bank account whenever you need funds, with free withdrawals every month. Track every transaction with a detailed history that links each credit back to the order it came from. Payout requests are processed within seconds, not days.
CONTROL YOUR AVAILABILITY
Toggle your store online or offline based on your operating hours. When you go offline, your store shows as closed on the customer app and you stop receiving new orders. Active orders remain visible so you can complete them before closing up. A confirmation prompt prevents accidental toggling.
TEAM ACCESS
Add staff members to help manage your store on Swoop. Assign manager or employee roles with different permission levels so your team can handle orders and products while you focus on running your business.
