Other apps show cities based on compass direction alone. CitySpotter does more: it checks whether a hill or mountain blocks the line of sight between you and the city. If blocked, it stays hidden. If visible, it appears.

AR stability during flight is still being polished — we're improving it update after update. For now it works best with your phone resting against the window at cruising altitude.

• Fixed: AR now correctly tracks your surroundings while you're in a moving car or plane.
• Fixed: location no longer gets stuck searching on trains or in areas with weak GPS.
