Zahlen, bitte! puts an end to the awkward mental math at the table. Just snap a photo of the receipt, and the app automatically recognizes every item and price. Assign each guest their dishes and instantly see who owes whom how much.
Whether it's a restaurant visit, a hotel stay, a taxi ride, or a shared grocery run — six expense categories cover every situation. You can also enter expenses manually if there's no receipt at hand. Just type the description, amount, and the people involved, and the app splits everything fairly. Already have a photo of the bill? Pick it straight from your photo library — OCR works just as reliably as with the camera.
Individual expenses can be settled directly from the "Expenses" tab — via PayPal, IBAN, or by marking them as paid manually. You don't need to create a trip if it's just a single bill.
For multi-day trips, create a travel group. Add as many expenses as you like, and Zahlen, bitte! calculates the optimal settlement payments at the end with as few transfers as possible. Mark completed payments and close the trip once every debt is cleared.
Share your trip with friends via iCloud. Send an invite link or show a QR code — invited people join the trip and can view, add, and edit expenses. All changes sync automatically through iCloud, so everyone stays up to date.
Paying back is just as easy. Save your PayPal.me username or your IBAN, and the app generates a QR code or payment link with the correct amount. Your friend can settle the debt with a single scan or tap.
Export every settlement as a polished PDF or a CSV file and share it via messenger, email, or AirDrop. The documents include every detail: items, people, individual amounts, and settlement payments.
The statistics give you a clear overview of your spending. See at a glance how much you've spent in total, how costs break down by category, and how your expenses evolve over time — with interactive charts and filters.
The elegant dark theme with golden accents and a glass-morphism design makes every interaction a visual pleasure. The app supports German and English and can be switched independently of your system language.
Zahlen, bitte! is a one-time purchase with no subscription fees, no ads, and no tracking. Your data belongs to you — stored on your device and in your private iCloud.
