1.17.1 Jul 20
Dining in just got easier. Scan the QR at your table to open a tab, keep ordering round after round, and settle the whole thing together at the end - no need to pay after every order.
Regulars can now run an open tab at cafes that offer it, so you can pay the cafe directly later instead of right away.
Menus can now change through the day, so you always see exactly what is available right now - breakfast items in the morning, the full menu later.
Finding a cafe is simpler too, with a new Get Directions button that opens your maps app straight to the door.
Plus polish and reliability improvements throughout.
1.17.0 Jul 19
You can now see your rewards at every cafe you visit. A new Rewards page shows how many points you have at each place, in plain language, plus when any points are set to expire so you never lose them. Small polish and reliability improvements throughout.

A fresh new home screen. Finding your favorite cafes and picking up where you left off is now faster and simpler. 1.16.3 Jul 12
Cleaner menus, clearer store hours.

- Clearer open hours: see at a glance whether a cafe is open, and order during the special open hours a cafe sets.
- The review screen no longer shows a points message when points aren't part of that order.
- Smoother buttons and general reliability improvements.
1.16.2 Jul 9
Order again just got smarter. When you reorder a favorite, your hot or iced choice comes along, so it lands exactly the way you like it.
If your cafe labels how it hands off orders, you will now see those labels, like Table, Counter, or Room, right where you place and track your order.
Your order buddy now fills the screen edge to edge on more devices, and the app now goes by Nom.
Plus a handful of stability improvements under the hood.
1.16.1 Jul 4
Referrals just got smoother. Open a friend's invite link and your referral code is filled in for you automatically, so there is nothing to copy or retype. Sharing your own code is more reliable too.
We also fixed an issue with instant ordering through the App Clip and made a handful of stability improvements under the hood.

Say hello to Nommy.
Meet Nommy, your order buddy. As your order moves from placed to preparing to ready, Nommy reacts right on the tracking screen, with a little celebration when your order is done.
Clearer order updates. If an order is cancelled because the payment window passed, you will now see a plain explanation of what happened and what to do next.
Privacy and permissions polish. Marketing notifications are now opt-in, sensitive details are kept out of notifications, and our permission prompts are clearer.
Thanks for using Nom.

- Refund visibility. When a cafe issues a refund, your order now clearly shows that it was refunded.
- More reliable GCash confirmation when paying upfront at checkout.

Pay at counter now shows how long your order is held. Faster business search, recover an in-progress order after reinstalling the app, plus login and reliability fixes.

We tidied up the payment screen. When you pick a payment method, its QR code and account details now appear right inside that method's card, so everything you need to pay is in one place.
1.12.2 May 31
Cafes can now price Hot and Iced drinks separately, so you see the exact price the moment you pick your temperature. Menu photos also load noticeably faster.
What's new:
- Hot and Iced pricing: when a cafe charges a different price for hot vs iced, the price updates the instant you choose, and your cart total always matches what you will pay
- Faster menu photos: item images now load from smaller, optimized versions, so menus open quicker and use less data
- Fixed an issue where filtering by Hot or Iced could hide drinks that were actually available
1.12.1 May 30
A new Signature badge from your favorite cafes, faster sync when you switch back to the app, and live order tracking right in your notification shade.
What's new:
- Signature menu items: cafes can now spotlight their house specialty with a Signature badge that shows on the menu card so you can find their best pick without scrolling
- Order tracking notifications now live-update on Android with a progress bar in your notification shade and an "ongoing" pin so you can glance at status while you're doing other things
- Closure, hours, payment methods and promos now refresh in the background while you browse, so you never tap "place order" on a method or shop that just changed
- Receipt now shows the size or variant you picked so reorders are obvious
- New in-app email preference: opt in once to get receipts, win-back offers and announcements from the cafes you love, opt out anytime from the same screen
1.12.0 May 28
A cleaner checkout, a quicker app, and a security fix you'll never notice.
What's new:
- Refined payment picker: GCash and other instant methods now group together with a single tap, with manual proof upload available right below for any business that needs it
- The app now refreshes a business's open or closed status and hours the moment you switch back to it, so you never tap "place order" on a shop that just closed
- Sensitive cleanup: a rare case where a previous user's session could persist across a fresh reinstall is now closed
1.11.1 May 25
Refinements under the hood for a smoother experience.
This release lines up the customer app with major backend improvements rolled out for businesses you order from. Nothing changes in how you scan, order, or pay. Just a more reliable feel across the board.
What you might notice:
- Faster status updates when a business marks your order ready or served
- More accurate cashback and promo calculations
- Steadier connection to your favorite businesses during peak hours
1.11.0 May 21
New: Pay GCash, get verified instantly
When a business has auto-verify turned on, paying with GCash is now one tap from inside the app. You will not have to upload a screenshot or wait for staff to check your receipt. Your order moves from Awaiting Payment to Confirmed the moment the payment lands.
Coming back to the app after paying is now automatic too. The post-payment screen knows you are done, clears the Payment Required banner, and drops you on the order tracking page so you can watch your food get prepared.
Behind the scenes:
- HitPay-powered GCash checkout opens in a secure in-app browser, hands off to the GCash app, and brings you back without leaving Nom404
- Order-tracking and payment-status screens now share the same payment-method picker, so what you see on one screen always matches the other
- Stale Payment Required banners on already-paid orders are cleared on app reopen
Manual payment proof upload is still available for businesses that prefer it. Cash payment, GCash with manual proof, Maya, and bank transfer all continue to work exactly as before.
1.10.0 May 19
New: Delete your Nom404 account anytime
You can now request account deletion directly from the app, no support email required. Tap your profile, choose Delete Account, and we will schedule your data for permanent removal after a 30-day grace period. Change your mind during that window and a single tap restores everything.
Receipts already issued by businesses remain in their books for tax purposes, as required by Philippine bookkeeping rules.
Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v) compliance: self-serve account deletion without contacting support.
Also in this update:
- Polished post-order tracking flow with clearer next-step prompts
- Single-branch businesses hide the branch picker for a cleaner ordering experience
- Stricter name validation at checkout reduces typos on receipts
1.9.0 May 18
Cashback rewards just got a lot more useful, and your guest order link is now safer.
Cashback now has an honest expiry, a clear cap per order, and works inside seasonal campaigns. Every cashback earn, redeem, and reversal is now tracked on the order it came from so refunds don't leave dangling balance.
When you order as a guest, your order link is now protected by an opaque ownership token instead of a device ID. Cleaner, harder to guess, and easier to share without exposing anything.
Behind the scenes, time-based menu availability and a few loyalty receipt fixes round out the release.
1.8.0 May 17
Small polish update: fixed a display issue where the "Order again" cards on your order history could show a hairline overlap on some screen sizes.
