$5.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Create customs and PPR filings in minutes with saved pilots, passengers, crew, aircraft, and airport-ready PDF or email output.
Pilot Form helps general aviation pilots prepare airport customs, immigration, police, and PPR filings without retyping the same flight details every time.
Save the people and aircraft you fly with most, build a filing from recent history, and generate the exact output required by the selected airport template.
Features:
- Save pilot, crew, passenger, and aircraft profiles with iCloud sync
- Fill official airport PDF forms directly from structured flight data
- Generate email-only PPR or customs requests for airports without PDF forms
- Reuse recent filings and update only the date, time, or route
- Show only the fields required for the selected airport template
- Open Mail with recipients, subject, body, and optional PDF attachment prefilled
- Receive new or updated templates through the template catalog
Built for recurring international and cross-border flights where speed, consistency, and official formatting matter.
