Zonas puts your heart rate zone where you can actually see it: on your Lock Screen, in Dynamic Island, and floating over any app with Picture-in-Picture.
Start a workout, put your phone away, and keep your effort visible while you change music, follow a workout video, check a message, or use another app.
PICTURE-IN-PICTURE HEART RATE
A floating heart rate zone overlay stays on top of other apps, so you do not need to keep Zonas open during training.
LOCK SCREEN & DYNAMIC ISLAND
Your heart rate and zone update live through Live Activities. On iPhone models with Dynamic Island, your current zone stays visible while you use your phone.
REAL-TIME HEART RATE ZONES
Zonas calculates five training zones automatically using the Karvonen formula when resting heart rate is available, or percent of max heart rate when it is not. You can also set custom zone boundaries.
BLUETOOTH & APPLE WATCH
Use a standard Bluetooth heart rate monitor such as Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, Coospo, and other chest straps or arm bands. You can also start workouts from the Apple Watch companion app and mirror heart rate to iPhone.
WEEKLY CARDIO GOALS
Track weekly cardio minutes using WHO guidance: 150-300 minutes of moderate activity, or equivalent vigorous activity. Zonas converts vigorous minutes to moderate-equivalent minutes automatically.

PRIVACY FIRST
No account. No cloud. No tracking. Workout and heart rate data stay on your device and in Apple Health. Payments are handled by Apple.
Zonas requires an auto-renewable subscription after a free trial. Pricing varies by App Store region and is shown before purchase in Apple's purchase sheet.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
