Instantly identify any fish from a single photo. Point your camera at a fish, take a shot, and get the species name in seconds — no internet required. FishIQ uses on-device AI trained on 866 fish species, covering freshwater lakes, saltwater coasts, tropical reefs, and everything in between.
HOW IT WORKS
Take a photo with your camera or choose one from your photo library. FishIQ analyzes the image directly on your iPhone — your photos never leave your device. The result appears within seconds: the common name of the fish. No account, no login, no data connection needed for identification.

Your logbook lives on your device and is private by default. Nothing is shared unless you actively choose to.
GLOBAL CATCH MAP
Catches you mark as "Share Publicly" appear as pins on a community map, so other anglers can see what's being caught around the world. Tap any pin to see the species and location. Private catches are never shown — you stay in full control of what you share and what stays personal.
CATCH ANALYTICS
Pro users get a full view of their fishing history: total catches, top species, combined weight, catches by day of week, monthly trends, and top baits used. Export your entire logbook to a CSV file for use in spreadsheets or other apps.

FULLY OFFLINE
All fish identification is processed on your device. No Wi-Fi or cellular connection is required to identify a fish. The community catch map requires internet to load, but identification and your personal logbook work entirely offline — even at your fishing spot.
YOUR PRIVACY
FishIQ does not require an account or login. Photos are analyzed on your iPhone and are never uploaded. Location is only requested when you save a catch to your logbook — it is never collected in the background or while the app is closed.
