1. Declare your commitment (e.g., "Study 30 minutes every day")
2. Hand your phone to a trusted witness who sets a secret 4-digit PIN
3. Every day, your witness enters the PIN to confirm your check-in
4. You never know the PIN — there's no way to cheat
THE SOCIAL PRESSURE ENGINE
If your witness rejects your check-in, a failure report is shared to your social media (X, Instagram, etc.). The fear of public accountability becomes your strongest motivator.
