This is the official app of the Wesley Players Theatre Company based out of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Staff and Cast use this app to schedule auditions, assign roles, track rehearsal schedules, and rehearsal / performance notes all the way through to the final performance date. Staff are able to publish rehearsal schedules, who's called, pre and post rehearsal notes, and other related messaging for the show. Cast see a detailed calendar of events for all rehearsals, called time slots, notes, and more related to the performance. The goal is to keep everyone on the same page and keep the schedule moving forward toward performances. Cast members will use this app throughout the entire Production lifecycle. Auditions are scheduled, callbacks accepted, and roles assigned through the app. Rehearsals are scheduled and cast are notified if they are called for each specific rehearsal by date and time slot. Rehearsal notes are sent out from the Director and Stage Manager to all cast members for study before the next rehearsal date. Cast communication to the show production staff for things like "running late!", "request absence", and general questions about a rehearsal. The overall goal is to provide up-to-date communications for productions where schedules are complex and time is constrained. We respect the hundreds of hours that go into a complete production, from auditions to the final performance, and we want to make the process as efficient as possible. Additional details: Cast members are able to maintain information from one show to the next for elements like their Bio, Headshot, and Measurements for costumes. This means you don't have to start from scratch each show, saving everyone time. Cast member can create Task Lists to track items they want to work on, such as a section of a song to get the notes right or choreography for a specific dance routine. The application includes external resources to help educate cast on topics they may not be familiar with, such as how to do Hair & Makeup and dance steps.
