How to Get the Best Results Take your phone out of its case for better microphone sensitivity. Find a very quiet room (background noise can interfere with the recording). Lie on your back in a comfortable position. Slowly move the bottom of your phone (where the microphone is) across your lower abdomen. Be patient! It may take a few tries to find the perfect spot depending on the baby's position. Safe and Private Your privacy is our priority.
