HOW A WEEK GOES
1. Put everything on your mind into one brain dump, in any order.
2. Get a short plan back, with the reason behind each choice.
3. Open the first task and make the first move smaller when you need to.
4. Work in Focus with one task, a timer and the next step ready.
5. Close the week by choosing Done, Parked or Removed for each task.
