Trip Mode now feels more like a real road trip game. Points start small, climb as the trip goes on, and get much bigger in the final stretch, so every round builds toward a more exciting finish. Players also get three Boosts per trip. Pick a Boost before answering to double that question’s points and take a bigger swing at the leaderboard. We also made Animal Guess rounds more rare and better shuffled so each trip feels less predictable.

Three new packs! New Kids Zone pack targets children 8 years and under. The Ultimate Challenge pack has genius level trivia, and the Ultimate Sports Fan pack lets you show off your sports knowledge! This update adds a redesigned pack browsing experience with category sections, swipeable rows, clearer pack cards, and a new area for the latest packs. Kids Zone, Ultimate Sports Fan, and Ultimate Challenge are now easier to find, with new pack artwork and cleaner presentation throughout the content page. Trip Mode also gets better variety. What Animal Am I questions now appear less often, so they feel more special, and Trip Mode now shuffles trivia, true or false, and animal clue questions differently each game. That means Game 1 and Game 2 should feel less repetitive, even when you play the same trip length again. We also added new imagery for coming soon packs, Skiing and Snowboarding and Education, and we standardized pack artwork to keep the app lightweight. Thanks for playing TripQuest. New Content Packs: BEACH TRIP, MUSIC, and FOURTH OF JULY packs are now available, bringing fresh trivia, prompts, stories, Would You Rather questions, and road trip games for your next drive. The pack store has also been redesigned to make it easier to browse, with clearer categories, a featured pack, new pack highlights, and a simpler Coming Soon section. We also cleaned up trivia wording and fixed several content issues across the new packs.

This update brings background music to the whole app. Three styles to choose from in Settings: Acoustic, Upbeat, or Chill. It starts playing the moment you open CarQuest, not just during trips. You can switch styles anytime and the music crossfades smoothly. Family Mode is now a global setting in Settings. Turn it on once and it applies to every game automatically. The winner screen is redesigned. Gold trophy and a close call banner when the race was tight. Play Again, Try Another Pack, and Share all live right there so you never have to dig around after a game ends. What Animal Am I has been rebuilt across all eight packs. Every pack now has exactly 20 animals with five clues each.

Quick bug fix to camping pack. Missing syntax prevented What Animal Am I from loading properly in the Camping pack.

TripQuest can now read to you. Tap the speaker button on any card to hear questions, prompts, choices, and stories read aloud — no internet required. It works in every game mode including Trip Mode. Choose your preferred narrator voice in Settings, and adjust the reading speed on the fly directly in each mode. For Trivia and True or False, choices are read one at a time with natural pauses between them. In Backseat Stories, player-provided words are spoken at a distinct pitch so they pop — and they're now highlighted in gold on screen too. Trip Mode has also been rebalanced so Trivia and True or False appear more frequently than What Animal Am I?, giving sessions better variety.

This version adds a free Community Content pack, where selected player-submitted questions and stories may appear in future updates. Want your name in a game? We will cite your content with your first name and last name's initial. This version adds a link in the Settings screen to submit your own family-friendly content ideas. The Community Content pack is currently empty. We encourage your ideas to get this pack updated. We also included small cleanup updates to pack names and labels.
