I downloaded this app because it was advertised as a hypnosis-based way to learn English naturally. The ads made it seem like I would get immersive hypnosis sessions and sleep learning.Instead, after paying, I found a very basic language course with beginner lessons like “Hello” and “My name is Tom,” even though I tested at an advanced level.The app did not match the expectations created by its advertising. Customer support cancelled my subscription but refused to issue a refund.I believe the marketing is misleading, so I recommend trying the free version before paying.
