Turn your camera into art. Free to download: 170+ live camera apps, 1,000+ FX layers to build your own looks, and Remix, where everyone shares their FX. REMIX: SHARE YOUR FX, USE EVERYONE ELSE'S Publish any FX you make. Browse Trending and New, search and filter by style, then try any FX on your own camera in one tap, like it, or remix it into your own version. Tap a name to see all of someone's FXs, pick a sticker as your profile picture, and get notified when people like or remix yours. FX MAKER: BUILD YOUR OWN FX Stack 1,000+ FX layers – glitch, color, mosaic, ASCII, pattern and op art, neo brutalist, acid, 8-bit, warp, glass, body, face, hand and beat-synced looks – into a camera FX that's all yours. Build it on your live camera or a sample video. Put each layer on the person, the background or the whole frame, set blend and opacity, and let your face or hands drive it. AI LOOKS: DESCRIBE IT, SEE IT Type "neon ghost with a glitchy mosaic background" and Apple Intelligence builds it in seconds as an FX stack from Patchd's tested effects. Then change it with more prompts: "more glitch", "darker background". MY FXS: YOUR FX, EVERYWHERE Every FX you build, roll, describe or remix is saved to My FXs. Use it live in the camera, on your photos and on your videos with Re-Patch. My FXs sync with your Patchd account, so they're on your other devices and survive a reinstall. RE-PATCH ANY CLIP Record or import a video, choose any effect or one of your saved FXs, and render a new version. 170+ LIVE CAMERA APPS Real-time effects that react to you: datamosh, VHS tape, pixel sort, ASCII, mosaics, liquid warps, glow, motion trails, blob tracking, body and face effects, sticker packs, DEBUGGER code screens, and play apps you control with your hands and face. MORE TOOLS Swap your background for any website or video, edit to the beat with templates, stack effects on photos, and compose layered shader scenes into short videos. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your camera, photos and videos are processed on your device and aren't uploaded by Patchd. Your saved FXs and presets sync to your account, and only the FXs you choose to publish on Remix are shared. AI Looks uses on-device Apple Intelligence. AI Looks requires a device and region that support Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on. PATCHD PRO Patchd is free: every camera effect records with a watermark, Re-Patch renders clips up to 15 seconds, and you can save 5 presets and 10 FXs. Patchd Pro removes the watermark and unlocks 1080p and 60 fps exports, full-length Re-Patch, unlimited presets and saved FXs, AI Looks, and every Beat Sync song. Choose Pro Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription, or Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase. Bought Patchd before it went free? Pro is yours for life, nothing to do. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.granulab.xyz/terms/patchd/ Privacy Policy: https://www.granulab.xyz/patchd/privacy-policy/

pretty easy to use

I've had the app 15 minutes. I have nothing deep to say about it.…I had the basics figured out almost instantly and it's fun to use. The effects themselves will probably become tiresome as is (unless there are parameters to tweak that I haven't found yet). But I think I'm going to get interesting results by running the video through multiple patches—it'll be unrecognizable but visually interesting. Exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for.

Thank you, love that you're already thinking in layers! Two tips:• Every effect has more controls than it first shows. Tap the settings button in an effect (or the quick chips above the record button) for sliders, colors, styles, and beat sync.• To stack effects, try Re-Patch: record or import a video, then run it through any other effect, as many times as you like. Or build a stack of layers in FX Maker and save it as your own effect. Can't wait to see what you make!

Longer 4-second preview loops in Re-Patch for better effect tuning. Fixed an issue in Re-Patch controls where adjusting parameters could cause the app to crash. Fixed a crash when editing, removing, or randomizing layers in FX Stack. Performance and stability improvements.
