FOCUS YOUR WAY • Choose apps to block during a timed solo session. • Start immediately as a guest, then create or link an account to preserve your guest streak and history. • Review completed sessions, daily totals, calendar history, and streaks. FOCUS TOGETHER • Find friends by nickname and tag. • Create a session, invite friends, or join with a session code. • Mark yourself ready before the host starts. • See who completed the shared session. SHARE THE MOMENT Create a completion card, add an optional message, save it as an image, or share it through the system share sheet. DEVICE PERMISSIONS On iPhone and iPad, app blocking uses Apple Screen Time and the system app picker. Blocking behavior can vary by device and operating-system settings. Free to download.
