HRVibe is a guided breathing app with real-time HRV biofeedback from your Apple Watch.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures autonomic nervous system flexibility. By breathing at a rhythm synchronised with the baroreflex (~0.1 Hz), you increase cardiac coherence and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
A higher vagal tone is linked to better stress management, faster recovery and emotional well-being. HRVibe helps you train it session after session.

HRVibe began as a way to help someone very close to me find calm during moments of severe anxiety. What started as a personal project became an app built to make that same tool available to anyone who needs it.
