BetCaddie tracks every side game your group plays — with proper rules, real USGA handicap math, and zero signal required. Pick your course. Pick your games. Enter scores once. Every game updates automatically. When you walk off 18, settling up takes 30 seconds — not 30 minutes.
Built by a golfer who plays these games every weekend, BetCaddie exists because the existing apps treat side games like an afterthought. This one doesn't.
— 10 REAL GOLF GAMES, ALL AT ONCE —
Not simplified. Not approximations. All running simultaneously with proper rules and correct handicap stroke allocation:
• Skins (2+ players)
• Greenies (2+ players)
• Nassau (2 or 4 players)
• Best Ball (4 players)
• Wolf (3+ players)
• Hammer (2 or 4 players)
• Las Vegas (4 players)
• COD / 6-6-6 (4 players)
• Amigos (3+ players)
• 5-3-1 (3 players)
— USGA-CORRECT HANDICAP MATH —
Full Course Handicap and Playing Handicap calculations with proper stroke allocation by hole handicap. If it's in the app, it's right. No napkin math. No arguments on the 19th hole.
— BUILT FOR THE COURSE —
Works fully offline. Fast input. Minimal screen time. Designed for how golf actually works — one hand on the phone, one hand on a club. Search thousands of courses for accurate par, yardage, slope, and rating data.
— SETTLE UP IN SECONDS —
BetCaddie computes exactly who owes who and shows the minimum number of transactions needed to close out the round. One screen. Done.
— FOLLOW ROUND —
Share a round with your group using a Match Code. Anyone in the foursome — or the clubhouse — can follow the leaderboard live. Optional. Always private by default.
— QUIET BY DESIGN —
No accounts. No logins. No email required to play. BetCaddie doesn't ask for your name, phone number, or location. Scores stay on your phone unless you choose to share them.
— SUBSCRIPTION —
BetCaddie is free to download and follow other matches. Non-subscribers see ads inside the Follow Round feature (served by Google AdMob). A subscription removes all ads and supports future development.
Subscription details and pricing are presented in-app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
— TRUSTED BY GOLFERS, NOT BOARDROOMS —
BetCaddie was born on the course, not in a conference room. Every feature exists because a real foursome needed it. No gimmicks. No clutter. Just the app a golfer would build for his own group.

We always have a few side games going on and it’s always taken a bit of time after the round to add it up and agree on the payouts (if we agree at all). This app tracks everything in real time. Round ends and the bet totals are settled.
Needs to be able to customize
OkieRigIt
The first issue is you can’t do wolf and nassu at the same time. In my group we play wolf and have side Nassau bets as well 2nd issue is, it does not seem like you can have 5 players for wolf. We do this all the timeOn 17 and 18 the player with lowest dot total gets the wolf designation, so being able to override / pick a player for an out of order wolf would be nice3rd issue is that like greenies we do loads of other trash betsGorillas SandiesPolies 3 puttsChipies Etc. there is no way to add custome dots or trashWe also generally have 3 - 5 groups running and do skins and closest to hole on all par 3 for all groups. Would be nice if you could say have all groups and those scores are all compared for the skins matchAn example of a three putt would be as followsPlayer 1Player 2 Player 3Player 4Player 5If player 1, 3 putts put a check mark on his line for three putt. This would add 1 dot to the other players scoreIf multiple people 3 putt they would also pay a dot to all playersI love what you are doing here. 18 birdies has some of this ability but they are lacking basic stuff as well, and fail to respond to feature requestI would have happily paid 25 a year if this app did the above items to make life easier Also with 18 birdies it is clunky on the betting and takes me a long time to enter in all the dots and stuffAgain. The low rating is because I feel like it is missing stuffOne thing 18Birdies does not do is add up all payouts with accuracyIfPlayer 1 has 10 dotsPlayer 2 has 7 dotsPlayer 3 has 6 dotsPlayer 4 has 3 dotsThen player 4 owes 3 dots to player 34 dots to player 27 dots to player 1And so on and so forthI did not verify. As I did not get this far. But in Nassau your app should take handicap in to play and be able to give strokes on the highest handicap holes per side. ( it may do this but I did not get that farI would be happy work thru examples if you are gonna do the work to implement it all. I would even resubscibe if you were willing to make lots of changesIf the app does all examples great. If it does 3 of 5 then we still have to use pencils and scorecards which just defeats the purpose
Developer Response
Appreciate the feedback - email me admin@betcaddiegolf.com would love work through some of this for the next build.
-New game: 5‑Point Scotch — track a 2‑vs‑2 round with Low Ball, Low Total, Proximity, and optional birdie, sweep, and press scoring.
-New game: Left Left Right Right — drives decide partners each hole, scored best‑ball for 3 or 4 players.
-Amigos scoring fix — corrected the calculation on holes with a double‑digit net score (e.g., a net 10), which previously produced an incorrect, oversized total.
-Live scorecard now shows strokes — when following a round, the scorecard displays each player's handicap strokes on holes not yet played, and now includes 5‑Point Scotch and Left Left Right Right.
-More reliable round following — correcting an earlier hole now updates followers properly, and shared rounds keep updating after you close and reopen the app.
-Visual polish — consistent cards and menus throughout.
