Directions to every visit - Each appointment shows where you're going: the barn's address, its notes and contact, or where a clinic patient lives. - Tap Directions to open Apple Maps or Google Maps with the route, or swipe right on a visit in Schedule. Pick a default app in More → Directions. Copy Address copies it. Patient photos and files - Take or choose a photo for a patient. It shows on their chart, in the Patients list and on the web, and photos you've already seen still show offline. - Files on the patient chart: open documents, lab PDFs and photos from the web, scan a paper document, and add a photo or file. Files need a connection. Vaccine lots - Record the lot number, expiry, manufacturer and dose in mL with a vaccination. Type the lot offline, or pick it from stock when online, and the dose comes off that lot as it does on the web. - A vaccination shows its lot and flags such as No lot recorded or Expired lot. Recording from an expired lot needs a vet, admin or owner. - Barn Operations gives each horse its own lot, earliest expiry first. - Inventory shows lot-tracked vaccines as full and open bottles, like "9 full bottles + 1 open (8 mL left)". Schedule - Statuses match the web: Tentative, Confirmed, Checked in, Completed and No-show, one tap on the appointment. Create Invoice and Cancel are on the screen too. - Upcoming includes tentative and checked-in visits. Cancelled visits stay on record, are left out of Today's count and can't be invoiced. - Add (+) is now a tab, so it moves with the tab bar on larger screens. Also in this update - A patient or client with history can be marked inactive. Delete is kept for ones added by mistake. - If the clinic's card payment fails, a countdown shows how long StableTrack stays open, and the owner gets a daily reminder to update the card on the web. - Clearing an invoice's note now sticks. - When StableTrack is busy, changes you made offline wait and go out a minute later instead of failing.

**Offline changes reach StableTrack** - Change the same record twice without signal and both changes now arrive. An edit to something you created offline travels with it. - If someone changes a record on the web before your offline change syncs, your change is no longer thrown away. It waits under More → Needs attention, where you choose Keep mine or Use the server's. - Something you add offline, and anything you attach to it (a vaccination for a new horse), now syncs together. Delete something before it ever synced and nothing is sent. - A change you make while a sync is running goes out right after it, not five minutes later. - A second offline edit to a patient or visit opened from Schedule or Home no longer undoes the first, and an edit made just after something syncs is saved. **SOAP notes** - Editing a note written on the web keeps its vitals, exam findings, diagnoses and plan details. The phone edits the text and shows the rest read-only. - Completing a note needs a connection, as on the web. Offline, the note is saved as a draft and the app says so. Procedures you tick when completing are now recorded, and Complete in a patient's History opens the same confirmation. - The automatic draft save now reaches StableTrack, not just this phone. A completed note opens read-only, and the note shows its follow-up date, follow-up instructions and client education. **Billing** - Saving an invoice keeps its line discounts, decimal quantities (2.5 mL) and the invoice's own tax rate. - Barn Operations takes decimal quantities (0.8), and a medication shows its exact quantity instead of a rounded one. - Record a cash or check payment offline, on partly paid invoices too, with the balance filled in for you. "Mark Paid (no details)" is gone. - Outstanding and Past due match the web, and an invoice due today is not overdue until tomorrow. - Import Clinical Data prices from your clinic's catalog, no longer adds a $75 farm-call fee, and marks what it imports as billed. Invoices also get search, a service date, due dates from your payment terms, and a note when an ACH payment is still in flight. **Dates** - Dates of birth, dates of death, vaccine due dates, invoice dates and barn visit dates are saved as the day you picked. - A vaccine due today reads Due Soon, not Overdue, and an older dose replaced by a booster no longer shows Overdue. - An unknown date of birth now says it is not on file, instead of an age like 126 years. **Patients and search** - Patient search matches microchip, PEI number, patient ID and every owner's name, email and phone. Client IDs show next to client names, and Home search finds patients and clients by their IDs. - Visit notes and medical records from the web now show in a patient's History, read-only. - SOAP notes, medical records, medications, vaccinations and procedures are archived instead of deleted. Turn on "Show archived" in History to see them and restore one (restoring a SOAP note needs an owner or admin). - Discharge summaries edit as plain text, and paragraphs and bullet lists are kept. - Editing a patient keeps every co-owner and their share, and editing a medication keeps who prescribed it. **Access and sign-in** - When someone else signs in on this phone, or your login moves to another clinic, the previous data and any unsent changes are erased and the right clinic's data downloads fresh. - Signing out now warns you, online too, when changes on this phone haven't synced, and says how many. - After the app is deleted and reinstalled, it asks for an email and password. - If you sign in before confirming your email address, a "Verify your email" screen replaces the permission errors, with a button to send the email again. - When an owner turns off your access to clients, billing, inventory or reports, those screens go away, and records you may no longer see leave the phone at the next sync. Clinic Settings are read-only unless you are an owner or admin, and add buttons you can't use are hidden.

Per-person permissions - On the web app, an owner or admin can now choose what each team member can do. On the phone, controls you are not allowed to use are hidden instead of failing when you tap them, and they come back by themselves within a few minutes of being granted — no sign-out needed. - Anywhere a change still isn't allowed, the app now says so in plain words and points at who can change it, instead of blaming your role. Changes that can't be sent are kept where you can see them - A change StableTrack could not accept used to disappear quietly after a few attempts. It now waits under More → Needs attention with the reason, and a Retry and a Discard button. - If an owner restores your access, the waiting changes go through on their own at the next sync — or immediately when you tap Retry. The sign-in screen tells you why a session ended - If a session ends without you asking — your password changed on another device, or your account is no longer set up for this clinic — the sign-in screen now says why, instead of dropping you there with no explanation. Dates stay on the day you picked - A follow-up date, a medication's start and end date, and the date on a payment are now sent as the day you chose. An entry made late in the evening can no longer land on the next day. - Payments you recorded by hand no longer show a day early on the phone. - A medication that ends today stays green until the day is over, and the discharge summary form no longer shows a time beside a medication's start date. Smaller fixes - Switching off a medication's end date now sticks. It used to disappear and then come back after the next sync. - A change saved on the phone whose quantity or count was exactly 0 or 1 could be refused by StableTrack when it synced. It now goes through. - More → Re-download Data used to warn that unsynced changes would be lost. They never were, and it no longer says so. - Signing out while offline used to say unsynced changes "may be delayed". They are not delayed, they are lost — so the warning now names how many are on the phone and says so.

**Edit and manage more from your phone** - **Appointments:** reschedule, change status, mark complete, cancel, or delete, not just create. - **Patients:** edit registration, insurance, discipline, and registered name; mark a horse inactive or deceased; delete a record. - **Inventory:** tap an item to edit its details, adjust stock up or down, or delete it. - **Medical records:** fix the date or notes on a record after you've created it. **Billing** - Invoices with a discount now show it clearly, per line and invoice-wide, with the reason and the original pre-discount amount. **Reliability** - Un-archiving a medication, vaccination, or procedure now sticks, even when you're offline in the barn. - Invoices load and display more reliably. - Smoother upgrades: your offline records carry over cleanly.
