Start each day with a personalized quote and a 30-second check-in: how you're feeling, what you're grateful for, what you're hoping for today. Small, gentle habits that add up over time.
Inside you'll find 14 self-reflection questionnaires covering mood, stress and worry, PTSD awareness, depression and anxiety, bipolar mood patterns, substance use, sleep quality, perceived stress, resilience, confidence and self-esteem, and overall well-being. Each one is here to help you notice patterns, not to diagnose you. Only a licensed professional can do that.
You can track your mood over time with gentle visual graphs, and check in on your emotions, body sensations, nervous system, and overall wellness all in one caring place. Habit tracking celebrates progress instead of demanding perfection, and your journal is just for you.
When you need something to lean on, there's guided breathing, a meditation library, a clinical hypnotherapy library, a safety plan builder ready before you need it, a coping toolbox for hard moments, psychoeducation that explains the why behind how you feel, and guided multi-day programs to help build momentum.

No account is required, and nothing leaves your device: everything stays right there with you. There are no backend servers collecting your information. The app is built with accessible design, includes dark mode for late-night moments, and works offline.
