Every pilot tool works offline with zero login required:
- Interactive Checklists — Step through normal and emergency procedures with real-time progress tracking. Safety disclaimer on every use. Based on verified POH data.

FLIGHT SCHOOL PLATFORM
When your school uses AeroKit, sign in and join your organisation to unlock the full training management system:
- Digital Training Records — Every mission report filed by your instructor is stored securely and synced across devices. Complete flight details, manoeuvre grades, debrief notes, and next lesson plans — all in one place.
- Biometric Signatures — Instructors sign mission reports using Face ID or Touch ID. Legally verifiable, tamper-evident, and faster than ink on paper.
- Manoeuvre Grading — Standardised 1–5 grading per manoeuvre, organised by syllabus phase. Track competency across your entire training programme.
- Student Training Dashboard — See your total hours, dual and solo split, current syllabus phase, flight milestones, medical and licence currency, and what to prepare for your next lesson.
- Lesson Scheduling — View upcoming lessons, book new sessions, and receive push notifications 24 hours and 1 hour before each flight.
- Instructor Tools — File standardised post-flight mission reports in under two minutes. View all assigned students, their progress, and recent activity.
- School Administration — Student roster, instructor assignment, fleet management, announcements, and join codes for onboarding new members. Web admin panel available at app.aerokit.it.
Designed for EASA-regulated DTOs and ATOs across Europe. Training records survive device loss and are always available for competent authority inspections.
BUILT FOR REAL FLYING
AeroKit was built by a PPL pilot who trains at European flight schools. Every checklist item, every performance number, and every W&B limit has been manually verified against the official POH. Errors can happen, always check the official POH before flight. The app is a supplementary reference tool — not certified by EASA, ENAC, or any aviation authority. The official POH must remain the primary reference for all flights.
PRIVACY & DATA
Companion features collect zero data — no account needed, no tracking, fully offline. The flight school platform stores only what is needed for training records, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) under full GDPR compliance. Privacy policy at app.aerokit.it/privacy.
AeroKit now runs natively on iPad — same tools, optimized for the bigger screen. We've also refined the Weight & Balance and Performance calculators with a smoother input experience, along with bug fixes throughout.
