Coming from a written system to track job applications, this makes an already stressful situation of job hunting a little less stressful! I’ve lost many sticky notes telling me I’m waiting to hear back from an employer. So the app makes it less surprising and less that I have to recall about the position I’ve applied to when I get an email weeks or months later from an organization telling me what they decided. Especially when you’re sending applications out en masse! Less confusion more organization.
