Capso is a free client appointment and schedule management app. Created for manicurists, hairdressers, barbers, cosmetologists, massage therapists, eyebrow artists, lash makers and other beauty and service professionals.
The foreman's diary, client log and CRM - all in one application. No subscription, no hidden fees, completely free.
RECORDS
Create customer records by specifying name, service, date and time. The end time is calculated automatically based on the duration of the service. The calendar displays all entries by day and week. Appointment statuses: new, confirmed, provided, canceled - color-coded for quick navigation.
CLIENTS
Maintain a client database with names and phone numbers. Call clients directly from the app. Search by name or phone number. Tap on a client to view all their appointments: visit history, services provided, statuses, and amounts paid. A complete client profile is always at your fingertips.
SERVICES
Catalog of services with name, duration and price. Add several services to one entry - the final price and time are calculated automatically.
TELEGRAM REMINDERS
Connect Telegram, and clients will automatically receive appointment reminders containing your name, the service, the date, the time, and the address. If they reply "yes," the appointment is confirmed; "no," and it’s cancelled. Statuses update automatically. After the visit, Capso gently reminds the client about you: "Time to book another appointment." Did a client get a manicure and then disappear? The app will bring them back—you won't have to remind them yourself.
DATA SECURITY
Data is stored in the cloud and protected by access rules - only you have access to your records, clients and services. Link your email address to save data when changing devices.
