Stunden Pro is a simple, private work time tracker for recording working hours reliably—right on your device, with no account or ads.
TRACK WORK TIME EASILY
Start work with one tap, begin and end breaks, and finish your day. The live timer always shows your current working time. Add forgotten entries later or correct existing ones. Multiple work periods per day are supported.
PLAN YOUR WEEK
Set your regular start, end and break times for each weekday. Choose workdays and days off, then compare planned hours with the time you actually worked.
SEE EVERY MONTH AT A GLANCE
The monthly overview shows work times, breaks, actual and target hours, and days off in one clear view. Add personal notes to individual days and include them in your timesheet.
GET HELPFUL REMINDERS
Optional local notifications can remind you before work starts, before a planned break, when your break is ending, and before the end of the day. If you choose a workplace, Stunden Pro can also remind you to start tracking when you arrive. Stunden Pro does not upload your saved workplace to its own servers.
EXPORT READY-TO-SHARE TIMESHEETS
Create a monthly timesheet and export it as PDF or Excel. Reports can include dates and calendar weeks, work and break times, target and actual hours, name and employer, notes, optional five-minute rounding and decimal hours. Use your device's share menu to send, save or print the file.
33 LANGUAGES, INCLUDING YOUR REPORTS
Use Stunden Pro in your preferred language or follow your device settings. Choose the language of PDF and Excel reports separately—useful when you and your employer use different languages.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your work times, notes and settings are stored locally on your device. There is no account, cloud sync, advertising or external analytics. Location access supports only the optional workplace reminder; Stunden Pro does not upload your saved workplace to its own servers.

What’s new: Review and correct work schedule histories for specific periods. Schedule changes now take effect from a selected date without impacting prior periods. Monthly reports and exports reflect the schedule that was valid at the time. Fixed a crash when opening date and time pickers on iOS. Improved overall stability and reliability.
