Features
- Lens finder: turn on the flashlight and look for the small glint a camera lens reflects.
- Infrared check: spot the night vision IR LEDs that many hidden cameras use in the dark.
- Magnetic sensor: move your phone near objects to flag strong magnetic fields from hidden electronics.
- Wi-Fi network scan: list the devices connected to the network you are on. Free plan: one quick scan per session. Premium: deep and unlimited scans.
- Where to look guide: smoke detectors, clocks, chargers, vents, mirrors and other common hiding spots.
- Light and dark mode.
How it works
1. Dim the lights and open the lens finder.
2. Sweep the room slowly and watch for tiny reflections or glowing dots.
3. Run the magnetic and Wi-Fi checks on anything that looks out of place.
4. Inspect suspicious spots up close and contact your host, the hotel or local authorities if needed.
Important: results are indicative, not a guarantee. Reflective surfaces, electronics and network devices can trigger false positives, and some cameras may not be detected. Always confirm with a physical inspection.
Spy Cameras Premium
Premium unlocks camera scans with no time limit, deep Wi-Fi network scans and unlimited network scans. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
