• Switch a tenant between monthly and weekly. Open the room and tap Switch to weekly (or Switch to monthly) next to the price. The change starts from the next bill; bills already paid stay as they are. • Upcoming follows your reminder setting. The home screen, room list and alerts now use the days you chose in Profile > Upcoming payment reminder, so they always match the morning notification. • Pay rent now from the balance. A tenant who paid ahead can have their next months or weeks paid straight away, and the balance shows how far it reaches. • Backdate maintenance notes. Pick the real date for work done before you used the app. Recording it as an expense carries that date and the room. • Fewer false "due soon": a room is no longer flagged when the tenant's balance already covers the next rent, or when the tenant leaves before the next bill starts.

Extend a monthly stay by weeks A tenant staying a month and two weeks? Tap Extend, choose By weeks, and pick 1 to 3 weeks. The bill covers exactly those weeks, at the room's weekly price or the days of the monthly rent, and the planned check-out moves to match. If the tenant stays on, monthly rent runs again from the day the weeks end.

• A friend's referral code now gives 1 month of Pro free, entered at sign-up or on the plans screen. • Digital contracts follow the tenant's planned check-out date. • Occupied rooms show only the price the tenant pays. • Editing a property no longer fails with "cannot reduce room count". • Email sign-up no longer fails at random. • The app opens even when notifications are turned off. • Other bug fixes.

Contracts for as long as you agree • Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or your own end date, when you create a digital contract. • Renew contract continues a signed contract without a gap and sends it to the tenant to sign. • A part payment's button now says "Save instalment", and a payment that can't be voided tells you why. Corrections read right • After correcting a payment, the room shows what is still owed instead of staying on Paid. Money records you can trust • Recording, correcting or voiding a payment from two phones at once, or with a dropped connection, no longer counts money twice or loses it. • Cancelling a booking keeps its money in the month it arrived; earlier reports no longer change. Other fixes • Turning off a schedule's repeat now saves. • Weeks paid ahead show in Finance. • Caretakers can record payments but can no longer void or rewrite them. • The finance PDF includes every room, plus many smaller fixes.

- Correct a payment: fix the amount, discount, or the date and bank it arrived in, from the room's payment history. - Several weeks or months paid at check-in show as one payment, and the form asks before a discount makes the rent free. - "By transfer" view of the payment history: each payment as it arrived, with what it paid for. - Optional planned check-out date for monthly and weekly tenants. - Account holder's name on each bank account, printed on invoices and the tenant's payment page. - Fixes a grey screen that needed an app restart, and the missing "no connection" message.

A bill every 7 days, with the same reminders and late fees as monthly rent. - Choose your WhatsApp: have WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business on one phone? Pick which one sends your reminders and receipts. Version 1.6.0 is our biggest update yet: a page of their own for tenants, self-service payment, a tenant balance, and a complete money journal. TENANTS GET THEIR OWN PAGE Send the link from the room. It holds their bill, invoices, receipts, the contract, and a form for sending transfer proof - for the whole stay. THEY SEND PROOF, YOU CONFIRM IN ONE TAP Transfers arrive in an inbox with the photo and the amount. One tap records the money against the month it is owed on. OVERPAYMENT BECOMES A BALANCE Money beyond the bill sits as the tenant's balance and pays each month as it falls due. The room shows what is left; Finance shows how many months it covers. A balance can also be reduced when a transfer bounces. EVERY RUPIAH IN AND OUT Money movements lists each receipt, refund and expense with the account it left and the one it reached - including your own deposits and withdrawals. Pick a period and export it to spreadsheet or PDF. SIGN THE CONTRACT ON A PHONE One page, three steps, the signature drawn on screen. You get a notification the moment it is signed, with the PDF on the room. CHECK IN FROM THE LINK The tenant fills in their own details and uploads their ID. You review it and accept, and nothing has to be typed twice. A MOVE CARRIES EVERYTHING WITH IT Transfer a tenant to another room and their payments, balance, contract and their own page go too. Their old link still works. SEND A RECEIPT IN ONE TAP After you record a payment, one tap sends the PDF receipt over WhatsApp or LINE in the tenant's language. A BILL THAT ADDS UP Paying off the rest lists rent, the deposit and today's late fee separately, and they add up to the total. Changing a room's rent updates its unpaid bills at once. Also: the balance sheet and account balances now always agree, account balances count deposits correctly, and many smaller fixes from check-in to checkout.

A repair release, built from what owners reported after the last one. PAID EARLY? IT COUNTS TODAY Rent settled before its due date now shows in Finance the moment you record it, instead of waiting for the date to arrive. CHASE EVERY UNPAID MONTH IN ONE MESSAGE A tenant several months behind used to be asked for one month at a time. Now every unpaid month is listed with its own amount and a single total, and the late fee is charged once rather than per month. The reminder, the invoice, the email and the receipt all quote the same figure. A RECEIPT THAT TELLS THE TRUTH Settling one month of several now prints the months still owed below the payment, so a receipt cannot be mistaken for proof of being all clear. FIGURES THAT MATCH THE ROOM LIST Overdue, due now and not due yet now count the months your billing schedule says are due, not only the ones with a bill already written. Tap any of the three to see exactly which rooms and which months make it up. A ROOM REPORT YOU CAN READ Four figures in plain words — money in, money out, profit, paid ahead — replacing six written in accounting language. Tenants can fill in their own details now Send them a link before they move in. They type their name, phone, ID number and emergency contact, and take a photo of their ID. You read what comes back, accept it, and the check-in form opens already filled in — the ID photo included, so you're not uploading a document they already sent you. Something wrong? Send it back with a note and they fix it on the same link. Rooms waiting on you are marked in the room list. (Professional) Every payment now says where the money went Rent, deposits and expenses can each name the account they passed through — cash, or any of your banks. Each account keeps a running balance, and the balance sheet checks those balances against the books. When the app and your bank statement disagree, you can finally find out why. And a page that lists every movement Date and time, what it was, how much, debit or credit, which account. Filter by week, month, year, or your own dates. Search a tenant or a room. Export to PDF, or to a spreadsheet your accountant can actually work in. Fixed: changing the day rent falls due This one was wrong, and it's worth explaining. Moving the due date could skip the days in between — change the 11th to the 3rd and you might hand your tenant three free weeks without ever seeing it. Now the payment already owed keeps its own date, its period is shortened to the new day, and it's charged only for the days it covers. The confirmation says exactly that before you accept. • Hold a room with a down payment. The room shows as Booked until check-in and tells you if the balance goes unpaid. Cancel anytime and choose whether the down payment is returned or kept. • The room deposit is now clearly named Deposit / Jaminan Kamar, with its own place at check-in. • Rent for any number of months — not just 1, 3, 6 or 12. • Check in from the room page; swiping a card no longer does it. • Fixed: reminders could arrive at the wrong hour.
