Keep every recording. Phone and Apple Watch recordings are now saved before they are marked complete. If a recording is missing from your list, use the recovery button on the Recordings page to restore audio still on your iPhone. Long recordings keep going when you lock your phone. This update also improves saving retries, account switching, and recording usage updates.

Intriq used to open on an empty box. Everything it knew about your week was in there somewhere, and getting to it started with you remembering to look. It now opens on Today. The meetings you have coming, the promises you made and have not kept yet, the people you have gone quiet on, and anything waiting to be reviewed, ordered for the time of day you are reading it. Every row can be answered where it sits. Log that you called someone and the row goes. Mark a follow up done and it stops asking. Snooze one and it comes back on the morning it matters, not at the hour you happened to snooze it. Do a morning's work on this screen and the afternoon's list is shorter for it. Follow ups you never put a date on are on it too. Most promises are made without one, and the app had been holding them where nothing could see them. A review queue with a page of its own Facts pulled out of your notes waited for review inside the conversation that produced them, which works on the day you write the note and stops working after it. They now have a screen. Pending facts are grouped by the note they came from, under an excerpt of what you actually wrote, with the person's current name and a line saying how each one was extracted. Accept or dismiss them one at a time, or take a whole note in one action. Also in this version Sign in and onboarding work at the largest accessibility text sizes. The sign in buttons sat below the bottom of the screen with nothing to scroll, so a new user on large text could not get in at all, and avatar initials rendered clipped inside their circle everywhere in the app. Applying the same note twice keeps one copy of each fact instead of two. A follow up written as "in two weeks" now reaches the reminder scheduler with that date on it, rather than carrying the timing only in its wording. The trial screen waits until a note has actually become memory before it appears, instead of arriving on the first sentence you type.

A note written in a language other than English was read by an English pipeline. Intriq answered in English, stored what it learned in English, and lost detail on the way without ever saying so. A note naming someone's daughter could come back describing a generic child. Write a note in any language now and Intriq reads it in that language, replies in it, and keeps the facts, titles, summaries and recording write ups in it too. Everything kept from a note reads as one piece. What changed is how the app works out what a note means, not a list of languages someone had to think of in advance. Also in this version A recording tells you when it is shorter than the timer promised. A phone call, Siri, or another app taking the microphone can end a capture early, and iOS gives no warning when it does. The audio that was captured is intact and transcribes normally, so the recording now explains the gap rather than just looking mysteriously short. Two children in one note no longer swap facts. A note naming a daughter and a son could file one child's name under the other, which is worse than leaving it vague because it lands on a profile looking like a fact. The family tree stays usable at the largest accessibility text size, and a child keeps the word your note used, daughter or son rather than a generic label. Replies no longer show an internal storage key where a sentence belongs. Long recordings are priced by the audio actually uploaded, so a recording can no longer take more of your monthly allowance than it used. Intriq now tells you when a newer version is on the App Store, so a fix no longer waits for you to happen to check.

Locking your phone or switching to another app used to pause the recorder without telling you. A long meeting would come back holding only the first few seconds of audio, and often would not transcribe at all. Recording now continues while Intriq is in the background, for as long as you leave it running. Each recording is measured by the audio actually captured rather than by the clock, so what you see is what was kept. Long recordings are also split more reliably, which fixes a case where a recording could overwrite its own earlier audio. Also in this version A free upgrade granted to your account is no longer cancelled when an unrelated subscription expires.

Intriq reads your notes with a model, and every plan includes a monthly number of those reads. Running out used to be quiet: the fallback patterns took over and the reply looked exactly the same. Now, when the month's AI reads are gone, the reply says so first. It tells you the note was read by rule-based extraction, which can be inaccurate, and only then gives you the counts, so you know to go back and check. And when the model is only briefly unavailable, a timeout or a busy minute, nothing is saved at all and Intriq asks you to try again. A retry beats a guess that lands on someone's profile looking like a fact. Settings now shows the number of extractions the server is actually counting, alongside the date it resets. Also in this version: Voice notes play through the silent switch instead of going quiet with no explanation. Tapping play twice while a note is still loading no longer loads it twice. Editing someone's details can no longer strand the sheet open with Save greyed out. At larger text sizes, dialogs scroll and their buttons stack, so the button you need stays on screen.

A note keeps every detail, not the last one. Tell Intriq that someone works somewhere now and used to work somewhere else, and it saves both. The job they left sits beside the job they have instead of replacing it. The same goes for a new home, plans about children, and the brands and gear someone actually uses: each gets its own place on the profile rather than crowding out the last thing you said. Two answers, one question. When a single note says two different things about the same detail, Intriq now asks instead of quietly picking one. Interests, however you phrase them. Restoring motorbikes, following F1, brewing kombucha. Intriq reads what someone enjoys from the way you wrote it, not from a list of words it was taught. A recording always finishes saving. A save that had already gone through could leave the button spinning. Every network wait now has an end.

A person, in three tabs. Opening someone now gives you Profile, Timeline and Next: who they are, everything you have said about them, and what you agreed to do. No more scrolling one long page to find the one thing you needed. Ask for a brief before the meeting. The prep button on a profile used to hand you a form. Tap it now and it answers instead, opening a fresh conversation with a written brief on that person. Scheduling a nudge for later is still there, one line below. A face to go with the name. Add a photo to anyone from your camera roll. Photos are kept privately in your account, so a face survives a reinstall and shows up when you sign in on another iPhone. The whole recording, understood. Long recordings were only having their first minutes read for memories. Now the full transcript is. Record from the home screen. The Record tile is a button now, not a second page, and it lands you on the button instead of pressing it for you. A way in when Sign in with Apple fails. Some iPhones cannot complete Sign in with Apple at all. You can now have a code emailed to you and finish without leaving the app, and continuing with Google is one tap again.

- A Record tile for your home screen. Tapping it opens Intriq already recording, rather than on a screen with a button on it, which is the version worth having when the thing you wanted to capture has already started talking. Small and medium sizes. - You can pin the language you speak. Transcription detects it on its own by default, and when that goes wrong it goes wrong silently, so Settings now has a Transcribe language row with all 98 supported languages and a search box. English sits at the top of the list. - Settings shows what you have used. The plan card on the main Settings screen now carries the same meters as the Usage screen, so how much of your month is left is on the screen that names your plan. - The Apple Watch, widget and notification pages are pictures and numbered steps instead of paragraphs, so setting one up is something you can finish standing in a queue. - The feedback board has tabs. Open is what you can still influence, Underway is what is being built, and Shipped is the running record of what requests have turned into, newest first. - One thing you said is one thing Intriq stores. A note naming someone's wife no longer offers the same update twice, a bare first name that matches several people now lets you pick which one instead of choosing for you, and a sister stays a sister. - Fixed family tree bug

- A recording can leave the app now. Export it as a PDF or a Word document, with the summary and the full transcript in one file, then share it however you normally share things. - Speaking into the chat box writes a chat message. The transcript comes back as a draft you can edit, with the people it recognised already tagged, instead of being filed away as a recording and taking you out of the conversation you were in. - Keep the parts you wanted. When a note turns up several things at once, each suggested update now has its own confirm and dismiss, and the list is no longer cut off after the first three. - A note that mentions someone's sister or wife offers to add them, and asks first. It also keeps the word you used, so a sister stays a sister rather than turning into a sibling. - Sign-in is more forgiving. If one way in keeps failing, Intriq points you at the other one by name instead of showing you the same message again. - If another device replaced something you just changed, Intriq says so rather than quietly swapping it. - After an update, a short note tells you what changed. It is in Settings too, whenever you want it. - The walkthrough replayed from Settings has a way out, so seeing one card again no longer means stepping through all six. - The app comes back to the foreground faster, because its catch-up work now waits for the screen you asked for. The download is smaller as well. - Text renders at the weight it was drawn at on every version of iOS, and the shading on cards is a real fade rather than a visible band partway down. - Making your notes searchable no longer counts against a paid allowance, or leaves the sync status warning about something you cannot act on.

- Recordings are something you can read now. A long transcript arrives as timestamped paragraphs instead of one unbroken block, and tapping a paragraph moves the audio to those words. - Every recording has a name, and you can change it. The Recordings list shows what each conversation was rather than the first few hundred characters of it, and tapping a recording title renames it. - Summaries follow the conversation. Each one opens with an overview and then covers the themes that actually came up, instead of putting a job interview and a family dinner through the same four headings. - Summaries no longer name people who were not there. They stopped borrowing facts from other contacts, inventing speakers, and listing the same person twice under two spellings. - A dropped connection no longer costs you a transcript. A recording that loses signal part way now retries and finishes on its own, and repeated work is no longer charged twice against your transcription allowance. - If a transcript went missing or came back cut short, you can transcribe the audio again from the recording itself. - Better memory from what you record. Family relationships come out the right way round, someone mentioned only as a relative is picked up as a person, and one unusable detail no longer discards everything else found in a note.

- Transcripts now keep the names they hear. Intriq runs a new speech engine that gets people, company and product names right where the old one guessed at them, so the details in a recording are captured rather than invented. - Long recordings finish much sooner. Segments now transcribe several at a time, so the wait after an hour-long meeting is closer to a minute than four. - A busy moment no longer costs you a transcript. If the new engine is unavailable or answers badly, Intriq falls back to the previous one rather than failing the recording. - Intriq has a new look. A new app icon on your home screen, and a new mark on the sign-in screen and in the menu.

-Long recordings are now understood end to end. Intriq summarises the whole transcript rather than its opening, so a long meeting stays searchable all the way through and the people mentioned in the last ten minutes are still found. -Tap a recording to open it. A new screen holds the whole-recording summary and the complete transcript, next to the chat that recording became. -Recordings are named after the conversation they created, instead of standing the first words of the transcript in as a title. -Fixed voice notes playing back silently. Recordings made on your iPhone or your Apple Watch could come out with no sound when the ringer switch was off. Every playback now sets the right audio mode. -Reaching a plan limit no longer stops everything syncing. Notes past your plan's ceiling wait their turn while the rest of your workspace keeps backing up, and the banner now tells you how many are waiting instead of saying you are offline. -Your subscription is recognised more reliably, including after restoring a purchase on a new device. -Faster, quieter launches, and a permission error can no longer sign you out. -The family tree now drops parents onto the right person. With a partner on screen, your parents used to sit between the two of you and read as if they belonged to both.

Each becomes a session you review before anything is saved, with the people Intriq spotted already linked so you confirm what's right instead of building it from scratch. The phone can now record for up to two hours. - Voice notes keep the audio, not just the transcript. It now covers voice capture and tapping to link someone. - Fixed the home screen widget cutting off its own header, and you can now choose what the small widget shows. - Fixed a duplicated note when a recording failed to attach, a retry that could bill your minutes twice, US contacts being skipped on import, and birthdays disagreeing between the widget and your reminders. -The app also starts noticeably faster!
