To estimate your fertility and pregnancy risk with maximum precision, Safr now analyzes:
- Basal Body Temperature (BBT): Seamlessly sync nightly wrist temperature data from your Apple Watch via Apple Health to identify thermal shifts.
- LH Test Strip Logging: Log your luteinizing hormone (LH) results directly to pinpoint your peak fertility window.
- Cervical Mucus Analysis: Use our guided tools to track this key biological indicator for a complete picture of your fertile days.
- Cycle History & Symptoms: We adapt to your unique patterns, not a fixed calendar.
2. Know your pregnancy risk every day.
Safr gives you daily fertility probabilities and clear risk levels so you always know where you stand. Unlike other period tracking apps, Safr allows you to log Plan B (emergency contraception) and multiple types of intercourse (protected, unprotected, or withdrawal) to ensure your risk assessment is as accurate as possible.
3. A smarter way to check pregnancy likelihood.
Safr’s virtual pregnancy test uses your cycle timing, BBT trends, and LH data to estimate your chances of being pregnant. Our algorithm combines these inputs to generate a structured, data-driven likelihood.
