Reflective works best alongside therapy, not instead of it. If you’re already doing the work with a therapist, Reflective helps you carry that work forward. It'ss designed to support your work with a licensed therapist by helping you capture, organize, and revisit notes from your real therapy sessions. It is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care.
If you choose to start a free trial or subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the selected plan price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Reflective uses security-first design to help protect your information. The AI chat is grounded only in your own therapy session history inside the app and is intended for reflection and note-taking support.
