### Interface & Layout Adjustments * **Refactored Settings Screen:** * Options are now organized into distinct category groups: *Membership & Profile*, *App Settings*, *Data & Offline Storage*, and *System & Lab*. * Updated the responsive breakpoint to 700dp to ensure a cleaner layout on narrower viewports. * Redesigned the profile sync card with a streamlined visual style and explicit benefit bullet points. * **Bottom Navigation Symmetry:** Adjusted the bottom navigation bar layout to establish balanced vertical spacing above the icons and below the labels, preventing text from clipping on desktop and devices without a gesture bar. * **Compact Catalog Filters:** Replaced wide dropdown menus with compact pop-up buttons to optimize horizontal space and prevent overflow on smaller screens. * **Unified Visual Style:** Removed the secondary appearance style switchers from the settings menu to standardize the application's core design system. ### Clean-Up * **Streamlined Imports:** Removed the inactive "Cloud" tab from the *Manage Local Imports* dialog to focus the interface entirely on local, on-disk file management. * This release fixes several playback and metadata issues: resuming a book no longer skips to the wrong chapter, and chapter titles now update immediately after a metadata fetch instead of staying stale. Audiobook files tagged with the narrator's name (a common convention) are now correctly matched to the right book and author in the metadata database.
