Apple Health sync • A new toggle in Settings — once on, every dose you take of a recognized vitamin or mineral is written to Apple Health as a dietary nutrient • Turning it on backfills the last 30 days from your intake history, so your chart does not start from zero • 25 nutrients supported: vitamins A, C, D, E, K, the full B group (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, folate) plus calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine, phosphorus, chromium and molybdenum • You grant write permission in the system dialog. Switching the toggle off stops future writes — everything already written stays in Apple Health, where you manage it • Combination products (multivitamins, herbal blends, probiotics) are skipped: Apple Health has no matching data type for them Privacy and data safety • Only your own doses are written. A dose dispensed to a ward or another family member never lands in your Apple Health • Prescription medicines are never written as a nutrient, even when their name contains a mineral-sounding word • Every dose is written exactly once — no duplicates, even if you turn the toggle off and on again • Signing out resets the setting, so a new account on the same device starts with sync off • No data leaves your device beyond the authorized write to Apple Health Reliability • If a write fails (for example, the app is closed), the dose is picked up on the next launch • The section is hidden on iPad, where Apple Health is not available

Add medicines straight from search • Find a medicine on the All medicines search screen and add it to your cabinet with a single tap — no need to scan the box. • The app only offers to add a medicine when it can identify it reliably, so items land in your cabinet correctly. Medicine search in the UK and Ireland • UK and Irish medicine catalogs now work offline, directly on your device. • Search suggests matches as soon as you type part of a name, just like the Polish database. • Medicines added in these countries are tagged to the correct country, so alternatives, interactions and documents come from the right source. Reliability • Fixed a case where the add button appeared for results that could not be saved. • Minor fixes and improvements to search after choosing a country.

Medicine recall alerts • The app checks whether any medicine in your cabinet has been recalled by the Polish pharmaceutical regulator (GIF) • When the medicine's batch number is known the warning is batch-precise; when it is not, you get an honest prompt to check your batch • The notification links straight to the official GIF decision • Matching runs on your device — your medicine list never leaves the phone Batch number from 2D scans • The scanner now reads DataMatrix codes on prescription packs • The batch number is saved automatically and shown on the review screen • This is the foundation for batch-precise recall alerts — no manual entry Recalls always within reach • A banner at the top of your cabinet flags active recalls • A dedicated list shows every recalled medicine — even if you miss the notification • One tap turns on recall notifications; if you turned them off earlier, you go straight to Settings • A recall matched while notifications were off is delivered the moment you give consent Promo codes • Promo-code redemption has moved to the website • Your granted plan appears in the app automatically after the subscription refreshes

Fuller safety-data sources • When a medicine's pregnancy or breastfeeding safety rating is based on European Medicines Agency (EMA) data, the app now names EMA explicitly as a source. • The source list on the medicine card, in the documentation sheet, and in the VoiceOver summary now covers four sources: SmPC (URPL), LactMed (NIH), OpenFDA, and EMA. • This mainly affects centrally authorised EU medicines, where EMA data is what backs the safety marking. Automatic data refresh • Medicines stored on your device before this update will receive the correct EMA attribution automatically on the next database sync. • Nothing to do by hand — the "Refresh now" button in Settings is also available if needed. A medicine's safety level has not changed — we only added information about where the data comes from. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before any decision.

Duty pharmacies in the locator • Find a pharmacy from the official duty roster - open at night, on Sundays and holidays • A new "Duty pharmacies" filter shows pharmacies on duty today or within the next 7 days • An "Upcoming duties" section on each result card shows the date, duty type (night, holiday, 24-hour) and hours • The "Open today" filter now also surfaces pharmacies that open later on a night duty • Pharmacies on duty are marked with a purple pin on the map Wider pharmacy search radius • We added 50, 75 and 100 km to the radius options • This makes it easier to find a duty pharmacy in rural areas, where the nearest open one can be far away Active substance for alternatives • The active substance (e.g. Paracetamolum) now appears under the medicine name in the alternatives view • It works both in the medicine database and for alternatives from your own cabinet • The active substance also shows on medicine cards in the cabinet and in the "Expiring soon" section Reliability and fixes • We fixed dose tracking for household members who share the same package - confirming one person's dose no longer affects another person's progress bar • Pharmacy duty data is now stored correctly and stays visible after restarting the app

Cabinet dashboards at a glance • Every cabinet card now shows three tiles: total medications, expiring soon, and low stock. • The active cabinet is marked with a vertical accent bar and an "Aktywna" pill next to its name. • An empty cabinet shows a single inline call to action: "Add your first medication". • The list title carries a household aggregate line: "N cabinets, M medications total". • Cards read state from the on-device cache so they work fully offline. Shopping cart you can add to from anywhere • Add a medication to the cart from the card in My Medicines — the three-dot menu now carries a "Add to cart" entry. • Add a medication from the Drug Database even if it is not in your cabinet yet. The cart icon shows up in search results. • Manually added rows persist on the device and survive an app restart. • Auto rows (expired, low-stock) still refresh from the inventory automatically — nothing to clean up by hand. Category filters and selective sharing • Three filter chips above the cart: "Expired", "Low Stock", "Manually Added". Each chip toggles its category on and off with a single tap. • Every cart row has a checkbox — share only the rows you actually want to send to your household, neighbour, or your own notes. • "Select all" and the share button operate on the visible rows only — your share message never contains anything you cannot see. • The cart header updates live and switches to an empty state when filters hide the entire list. Reliability and polish • Steadier scheduling of reminder tests on iOS 26 (a fix originally shipped as 1.7.9 to TestFlight). • Full localisation of the new strings in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian. • Internal lint and CI clean-up that unblocked the build pipeline.

New Family screen • Wards tab — cards with a coloured avatar, today's dose progress bar, and the caregiver lineup. • Members tab — caregiver cards rolling up the doses across every ward they're responsible for. • Status pill on each card: All done / Due HH:MM / Next HH:MM / Due now, with a subtle bounce on state change. • Family cards now show every ward across all your kits, no matter which kit is currently selected. Daily dose progress on the reminder card • Every reminder shows "X / Y today" with a horizontal progress bar. • HH:MM strip below the bar colours each slot by state: taken, pending, late, missed. • Manual dispenses (without a reminder) count toward the daily total too. • The pill now distinguishes "Next 21:00" (slot still in the future) from "Due 21:00" (the 60-minute grace window has begun) — same slot, two different user-facing states. Update banner • A non-blocking banner appears at the top of the screen on cold launch when a newer version is on the App Store. • "Update" opens the store page, "Ignore" snoozes the banner for that exact version. • At most one quiet network check per day. No full-screen modal. No notice when offline. Reminder reliability • Fixed a silent loss of pending notifications when the app returned to the foreground — slots scheduled the day before now fire reliably. • Diff-based reconciliation also protects against dropped reminders during server-side sync. Bug fixes and small improvements • Caregiver rows on the ward-edit sheet are tagged "Member of: kit" when the caregiver lives in another linked kit, so you can tell at a glance where they "live". • Anywhere a member's name was missing, the UI now reads "User" in the current locale instead of a UUID. • The "Remove ... from the kit?" confirmation in en/uk/ru no longer leaks an untranslated Polish placeholder word — the fallback now follows the interface language. • Multi-kit accounts now see the correct number of assigned wards on each caregiver card and the full ward list on the Wards tab — previously some accounts saw "No assigned wards" everywhere. • Caregiver avatars are deterministic: the same person always gets the same colour and initial whether you're looking at the Wards tab or the Members tab.
