It decides the week, prices it across the shops you already use, and hands you the list. You don't have to set anything up first.

Before the plan is written, we look at what's actually on special at your shop that week and build the meals around it - so the saving is in the food you're already going to cook.
WHERE TO SHOP, SETTLED
Your whole basket is priced across major South African supermarkets before you leave the house - so you know where it's cheaper this week, and by how much. Not the cheapest shelf price. The cheapest real basket, pack sizes and all.
REWARDS CLAIMED WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THEM
This week's specials and your store loyalty rewards are counted into the total for you. If there's a rand on the table, it's already in the number you're looking at.
A LIST THAT IS ALREADY A BASKET
Your list arrives sorted by aisle, with real products at real prices. Ingredients are combined across every recipe, so you buy one bag of tomatoes instead of five - and we tell you what's spare for next week.
TONIGHT, HANDLED
Every meal comes with a full recipe, timings and portions for your household. Want it lower carb, quicker to cook, or higher in protein? Swap the variant and carry on.
DINNER FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Photograph the fridge or the pantry shelf, or just describe what's in there, and get a real recipe that uses it.
WHEN THE NEWS IS BAD, WE SAY SO
If something isn't stocked at your shop, or a price is a few days old, we tell you plainly instead of quietly leaving it out. A number you can't check isn't worth having.
