One fix for a permission that was never asked for. • Fixed: if your routes came back from iCloud or a previous install, Mosey never asked for notification permission — the home screen showed “Notifications disabled”, and tapping it led to a Settings page with no Notifications entry. Mosey now asks once when your routes are restored, and the home banner (and Settings › Notifications) request permission directly instead of sending you to Settings. Requires iOS 26.

Two fixes for things that refused to update. • Fixed: a route whose auto-generated name was still showing an old start or destination now renames itself the next time you edit either endpoint. Names you typed yourself are never touched. • Fixed: the “Notifications disabled” banner on the home screen now disappears the moment you grant permission, instead of lingering until the next launch. Requires iOS 26.

• A route named after its start and end now renames itself when you change either one, instead of keeping the old destination in its name. • The route screen's title updates the moment you rename a route.

• The app icon now comes in dark and tinted variants, so it no longer glows white on a dark home screen. • Fixed a white flash when opening the app with dark mode on.

The wake-up alarm now always follows your departure. • Fixed: an iOS 26.5 change could freeze the wake-up alarm at the time it was first set — editing a route's arrival time, or traffic moving your departure, left the alarm behind. Every alarm change is now verified against the system and retried until it sticks. • Fixed: short reminders (like “2 min before”) could silently fail to arm as alarms on iOS 26.5. • Fixed: the traffic forecast now refreshes right away when you change a route's arrival time. Requires iOS 26.

Your departure alerts are now a real alarm. • Wake-up alarm — every reminder you've set rings like an alarm clock: through silent mode, through Focus, and until you stop it • It moves with the traffic — worse roads mean it rings earlier, and if your departure has already slipped past, it rings right away instead of going quiet • Snooze and skip — snooze 5, 10, or 15 minutes, or skip one morning without turning the route off • Eight new tones — 24-second loops made for this release, instead of a one-second system beep • Test Wake-Up Alarm — hear your actual morning from the route screen before you trust it • Per route, not per phone — pick which commutes are worth waking up for; the rest stay ordinary notifications Also fixed: alarms no longer ring again after you've stopped them, routes with the alarm switched off stay quiet, and the leave-by time on the home screen now matches the alarm exactly.
