What surprised me is that Nourish actually helps when real life happens. If I'm at a restaurant, traveling, ordering takeout, or just standing in front of my fridge with no idea what to eat, I can ask the coach and get a useful answer in seconds.It takes away so many small decisions that usually lead me off track. Instead of telling me what I did wrong, it helps me figure out what to do next.I've found myself making better choices without constantly thinking about food, and that's probably the biggest compliment I can give it.

I’ve downloaded so many apps before and honestly… I never stick to them. It always feels like too much: counting calories, tracking everything, thinking all the time about what to eat.This one is different!!!It actually feels like someone is guiding you, not judging you. Like it just “gets” what kind of day you’re having. Some days I’m busy, some days I’m off track, and instead of making it complicated, it just gives me simple direction.No pressure. No guilt. Could be good, but the UI is incredibly glitchy. Text goes off the screen and isn’t readable, the keyboard pops up and covers where you’re supposed to write, random internal errors. I like the idea, but need something that works a bit better.
