First, this is a really smart concept. Having the prompter in the notch is brilliant! I’ll lay out the pros and cons but I’m starting with the cons which led to the 3 star review (which I will happily update if the app is updated to resolve this).CONS:1. The voice scrolling doesn’t work properly or consistently. I use a RODE PodMic which is crystal clear sound quality run through a RODE AI-1 on my MacBook Air M4 and Mac mini M4. The voice scrolling works…until it doesn’t. It will work briefly but the moment you mouse over the prompter it pauses and then when you move off it defaults to auto scrolling and doesn’t pause when you stop talking.2. The play/pause button doesn’t function consistently. You can press play and it’ll play, press pause and it’ll pause, but if you accidentally mouse over it and it pauses, it will now auto scroll no matter what when you remove your mouse from over the prompter. The play/pause buttons become obsolete. PROS: 1. The ability to relocate the prompter is great when using iPhone for a webcam with my Mac Mini it gives me the ability to put the prompter over my phone so it looks like I’m staring into the phone. 2. The ability to resize everything from the prompt pox to the font is absolutely brilliant! 3. On the MacBook Air having the prompter directly in the notch is absolutely brilliant and it doesn’t get in the way of anything else!4. The fact that it doesn’t show up in screen recordings is a major plus for when you’re recording a webinar or something like that. All in all this is a tool with so much potential, I do hope the developer fixes the minor issues because those will take it from 3 stars to 5 stars! And truthfully it seems that the real major issue is when you mouse over the prompter, which initiates the auto-pause. That’s a wonderful feature but it then seems to mess up the function of the auto scrolling by voice.

I still cannot believe that you’re only charging $4.99 for this app. Works extremely well. No more looking at the screen instead of the camera and it doesn’t take up all the space. Thank you for such a BRILLIANT app.
