1.1.1 Fixed quota messages and duplicate focus statistics. Improved settings, usage reports, and reminders.

What's New in 1.1.0: • Long-press the FocusLock icon to share the app from the Home Screen. • Start focus from widgets, Control Center, Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight. • Follow sessions with Live Activities and iOS 26 AlarmKit alerts. • Added a custom FocusLock shield and on-device Screen Time activity report. • Added Focus Filter support and TipKit guidance for the new system surfaces. • Expanded the app and App Store metadata to all 50 supported App Store locales. • Preserved existing strict-mode, quota, schedule and background relock protections.

Version 1.0.6 • Improved the reliability of scheduled and daily quota locks. Protection is restored after launch and Family Controls authorisation changes. • Rules sync between iPhone and iPad, while each device now clearly asks you to select the apps protected on that device. • Improved iCloud merging and deletion sync. The latest edits and rule order are preserved, and deleted rules no longer return. • A strict locked switch is now red and opens Emergency Unlock directly. Rule-card editing, quota controls and status layouts are also cleaner. • Reduced Home and Focus title sizes, compacted Home statistics, reorganised Settings, and added tap-outside keyboard dismissal. • Added two achievements: Rule Builder and 50 Focus Hours.

Version 1.0.5 • Added a compact Home view with two-column rule cards and a saved Detailed/Compact preference. • Compact cards now keep app icons visible, show only essential time or quota details, and place status badges in one consistent area. • Moved the Detailed/Compact switch to the Home title row, away from the main toolbar buttons. • Quota controls are clearer in compact view: the use button is icon-only, aligned with app icons, and sized consistently. • Active quota sessions can now be paused from Home. Pausing immediately re-locks the selected apps, deducts only elapsed time, and keeps remaining quota for later. • Improved locked switch visibility, locked-rule feedback, spacing, and behavior across light, dark, and themed appearances.

Version 1.0.4 • Added a new Ink Wash theme with refined paper texture, cooler Growth visuals, and updated app artwork. • Daily Quota and Focus Timer locks are more reliable in the background, with system-level relock and release handling. • Added rule diagnostics to help catch missing app selections, schedule conflicts, and monitor status issues. • Bing focus wallpapers now use local caching, reduce repeated downloads, and avoid stale image replacements while switching. • Strict Mode no longer affects app removal. Any removal restriction left by earlier builds is cleared on launch. • Improved rule validation, localization fallback, cross-midnight reminders, and Screen Time shield cleanup.

Version 1.0.3 • Daily Quota mode now re-locks apps more reliably when your allowance expires, even if FocusLock is not open. • The quota re-lock path now uses the same system-level scheduling approach as timed lock rules. • Fixed iPad sidebar items that could fail to respond when tapped. • Home screen rule cards now align more evenly in the iPad two-column layout.

Version 1.0.2 • Reorder rules on the Home screen with drag and drop. • The rule editor now shows selected apps and categories, with quick remove controls. • Strict Mode emergency unlock delay is now configurable: 1, 3, 5, or 10 minutes. The default remains 1 minute. • Feedback now opens a real email draft with useful app and device details. • Fixed a stats issue that could double-count today's blocked attempts, plus small UI polish.

Version 1.0.1 Bug Fixes • Daily Quota Mode now reliably re-locks apps when your time runs out — even if FocusLock has been swiped away from the App Switcher. Previously, in some cases, apps could remain unlocked after the quota expired if FocusLock was killed during a session. The fix uses Apple's DeviceActivity framework to schedule the re-lock at the system level, so it works regardless of whether FocusLock is running. Stability • Improved reconciliation of quota state across app launches, ensuring your daily allowance is always tracked accurately. Thank you for using FocusLock! If you enjoy the app, please leave a review — it really helps a small indie developer keep building.
