The Live Setlists
Setlists manager (bands, djs)
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Manage your band's or dj's setlists, collaborate with members, vote on tracks, and play along with Apple Music or Spotify. Free to try, premium for unlimited use.
The Live Setlists is the app for musicians, bands, and music fans who want to manage, collaborate on, and share setlists — with a built-in player for Apple Music and Spotify.
For DJs, musicians & bands
Build your setlist from a shared track catalogue enriched with BPM, key, duration, streaming links, guitar tab and lyrics links. Drag tracks to set the running order, add per-track notes (capo, cue, custom key), and override any field for that specific show. Invite collaborators (band members, other DJs, clients) by email — editors can add, remove, and reorder tracks in real time. Let the collaborators vote on which tracks to play: upvote, downvote, or pass, to find the crowd favourites.
For fans
Just came back from a show? Create a public setlist with the artist, venue, date, and every song in order — complete with a concert photo. Share it with other fans, who can save it to their own collection. Announce an upcoming gig with a future date and update the list right up to stage time.
Community-managed track data
Any logged-in user can suggest a better value for any track field. Suggestions with the most votes are automatically promoted to the shared catalogue, keeping BPM, keys, and links accurate for everyone.
A track is missing in the catalog?
Just create it, the app will auto-fill all you need. Don't want to use your keyboard? Shazam recognition is embedded.
Play along
Connect Apple Music or Spotify and play your entire setlist from within the app — skip forward, skip back, and the current track stays highlighted as you go.
Free to try. Premium for unlimited use.
The free tier lets you create up to 3 setlists with up to 20 tracks each. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited setlists and unlimited tracks.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
What's New
- New: Tempo Curve — a visual chart of your setlist's energy, showing tempo (BPM) and track duration side by side. Pinch to zoom, scroll to explore.
- New: Breaks — add breaks and encore breaks anywhere in your running order. They show inline between tracks, can be moved by dragging, edited, or removed, and are included in the tempo curve and total duration.
- New: Liked Setlists section on the Setlists screen, so you can quickly find setlists you've liked.
- Improved: Time signature support for tracks — set and display them on creation, editing, and community suggestions, with smart auto-formatting (type "4 4" or "4.4" and it becomes "4/4").
- Improved: Performer notes now appear inline on the track row.
- Improved: Reordering and removing tracks is simpler — swipe to delete, long-press and drag to reorder, no more Edit button needed.
- Various display polish and stability fixes.
