Help when your Apple TV can't connect If your Apple TV can't reach your computer, choose "I Can't Connect" for a short guided checklist. Make any tile the main one — right from your Apple TV On layouts with one big tile, highlight a smaller tile, press the touch surface to open the sound controls, and choose Main. That tile swaps into the big slot, and tile.pmvw.app updates to match. Requires PMVW Server 1.0.59 or later (it updates itself). URL tiles that stay live If a URL tile freezes, your Apple TV now notices and gets a fresh link within seconds. If a saved link points to a broadcast that has ended, the tile switches to that channel's current live stream on its own — and you can paste a channel's /live link directly. Smoother Siri Remote navigation Moving between tiles now always follows the layout on screen, including right after the Apple TV joins a wall that was already set up or reconnects to it.

- Audio no longer keeps playing after the sender disconnects or its browser tab is closed. - Stopping a tile now fully resets its audio, so the next stream starts in the right state. - Fixed the Solo and Mute indicators both appearing active at the same time. - Reloading a stream now keeps its previous audio (mute and volume) settings. - Volume now displays as clean 1–10 levels. - Fixed a tile occasionally freezing on "Connecting…" after switching a stream's source. - Various stability and performance improvements.

Connect to your server on any port - When you add a server manually, you can now enter a custom port — not just an IP address — so PMVW can connect even when your PMVW Server is running on a non-default port. - Manual setup is now a guided, step-by-step flow: Server IP → Port → Pair code. - Tap a saved server to edit its IP or port; long-press to remove it. Plus reliability improvements for connecting on networks where automatic (Bonjour) discovery isn't available.

• Manual IP connection: enter your PMVW server's IP address directly when network discovery isn't available. Use left/right on your Siri Remote to switch between discovered servers and Manual mode. • Server discovery updates live — no more relaunching the app when a server starts or stops broadcasting on your network. • Fixed a routing bug where pair codes could connect to the wrong server on networks with multiple PMVW devices. • Improved support diagnostics so issues you report are easier to resolve.

• Cloud-assisted discovery: if your router blocks local network discovery (Bonjour/mDNS), your Apple TV can now find your computer via the 6-digit pair code shown in the PMVW Server tray app on your Mac or PC. No more "no servers found" dead-ends on locked-down networks. • Reliability fix for the connection screen: the empty state no longer gets stuck on "Searching…" indefinitely. When Bonjour fails (or a stale cached server can't be reached), the pair-code option now appears within a couple of seconds. • Clearer feedback when entering a pair code: distinct messages for wrong code, expired code (rotated for security after too many failed attempts), and network reachability issues. • Underlying stability improvements.
