Your signatures, stamps, and files live on your device; with Pro they sync through your own private iCloud, which only you can open, and we cannot read any of it. Signatures and forms are processed on your iPhone, and the PDFs you sign are never sent anywhere. One exception, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it. An Office or OpenDocument file has to become a PDF before you can sign it. Word (.docx), Pages, Numbers, and Keynote files are converted on your device. Other Office formats (.doc, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, and OpenDocument) are sent to our own conversion service, which returns the PDF and keeps nothing; the file name never travels with it. Tap a field, type, tick a box, add the date and sign. • Folders: keep contracts, invoices and forms in folders and move documents between them. • Share as ZIP: send a whole folder or several documents in one archive. • Cleaner signatures from paper: thin pen strokes stay sharp and the paper around them disappears. • New handwriting fonts for typed signatures. • Better VoiceOver support and many small fixes.
