This update fixes an important issue and improves how notifications work: • Fixed a rare but serious problem where updating iOS could reset your local library. Your games and wishlist are now protected across updates, and can be restored from our servers where possible. • Notifications, done right: we now ask for permission at the moment it's actually useful — so you never miss a new follower, comment, reply, or message. • Various stability and reliability improvements. New - Rating breakdown on profiles: See at a glance how often you (or anyone) gave each score from 1 to 10 — as a bar chart right next to your verdicts. - Richer public profiles: Pro badge, key stats, badges and "member since" now appear on other players' profiles. - Pro crown: Pro members now have a crown next to their name across reviews, comments and community lists. Improved - Reworked review reactions: Heart a review independently, plus a clear upvote/downvote — and reviews are now ranked more fairly by community response. - Community moderation: Report or block right from a menu on any comment. Heavily downvoted reviews are gently collapsed with a "show anyway" option. - Home: A new "Quick Wins" section to jump back into near-finished games, plus a tappable overview of your completions this year. - The import feature has been expanded to include the Nintendo eShop. - Bundles are now broken down into individual games at the user's request. - Users can specify which versions of a game they own. - Users can specify whether they own the remake, the remaster, or another edition of a game. - In the settings, you can continuously check versions and manually correct or add them. - Fixed an issue where not all games were matched during trophy sync. Games are now linked to their unique PSN trophy ID at import time, so sync works reliably even for titles with special characters, accented letters, or slightly different names. - New: "Started" date - automatically set when you move a game to "Playing". - New: "Mastered" date - automatically pulled from your PSN platinum trophy date, or set when you manually mark a game as "Mastered". - Both dates can be edited or cleared manually from the game detail view. - A row of number chips (1–10) now appears below the existing verdict buttons (Must Play / Good / Average / Skip). Tap a number to set your rating; tap again to clear it. - Rated games show a color-coded badge on their cover art in your library (red for 1–3, yellow for 4–6, blue for 7–8, green for 9–10). - Keyboard no longer blocks UI elements - Login / Create Account - The email form fields and the "Sign In" / "Create Account" button are now reachable even when the keyboard is open. Content scrolls up automatically to stay accessible. - Choose Nickname - The "Continue" button is now always visible, even though the keyboard opens immediately on this screen. - Comments - The comment input field and send button are no longer hidden behind the keyboard. Based on user feedback, the import process has been significantly simplified: - Compact game preview: Status and rating options in the import preview are now collapsed by default. Each game only shows its title, platform, and current status (default: "Backlog") - tap the chevron to expand and configure if you want. With 400 games, the preview is now much less overwhelming. - Status & rating are optional: A tip banner above the game list now makes it clear that status and rating can be changed at any time after import - just tap any game in your library. - Back confirmation: Tapping "Back" during the import preview now shows a confirmation dialog, so you don't accidentally lose your matched game list. - Clearer completion message: The done screen now clearly shows how many games were added, how many were already in your library (and therefore skipped), and a reminder that ratings and details can be set by tapping any game. PSN Import: Full library now imported correctly Users with large PSN libraries (500+ games) were only seeing the first 500 games when importing - the rest were silently cut off. Root cause: The PSN API returns a maximum of 500 games per request. When there were no more entries after the current page, the API simply omitted the nextOffset field from its response instead of setting it to 0. Backloggr interpreted this as "no more pages" and stopped fetching. Fixed: The import now detects remaining pages even when nextOffset is missing, and calculates the next starting position itself. Users with 900, 1,000, or more PSN games will now see their full library in the import preview. Xbox and Steam are not affected - both platforms use a different pagination approach that was already working correctly.

Automatic status updates via achievements Backloggr now automatically detects when you've finished or mastered a game. Once you've unlocked 100% of trophies or achievements, the game's status is automatically set to Mastered - on PSN, earning the Platinum trophy counts as well. If an achievement clearly confirms story completion (e.g. "Completed the game" or "Roll Credits"), the status is set to Completed instead. Auto-detection only applies to games currently marked as Playing, Backlog, or Replaying - manually set statuses like Shelved or Dropped are never overwritten.

- Xbox Import & Achievements: Xbox import now fetches up to 2,000 games (previously limited to 500). Achievements are automatically synced after linking your Xbox account. - Tappable Usernames: All usernames throughout the app are now tappable and open the corresponding user profile — in feeds, reviews, and comments. - Game Detail Page: New hero section with screenshot background, soft gradient fade, and cover overlay. - Home Stats: New stats strip showing weekly and monthly numbers, plus a card for library completion rate and total playtime logged. - Trophies & Achievements:New filter and sort options by progress range (Perfect / Almost Done / Halfway / Early). Rare trophies and trophy types are now shown with badges. - Profile: Settings are now accessible directly from the profile via a gear icon. - Performance: Improved loading speed and scroll performance in the feed.

This update is all about Community and speed - because your backlog shouldn't make you wait. - Community: See what other players are completing, reviewing and discovering - right from your Home screen. Tap the Community tab for the full feed. - Instant tab switching: Jumping between Home, Library, Stats, Community and Trophies is now instant. No more rebuilding the screen every time you tap a tab. - Cover art loads faster: Game covers now load from a local cache - no re-downloading on every scroll, no flickering. - Smoother library scrolling: The library screen got a full performance pass. Filtering, sorting and status counts are all pre-computed so scrolling stays silky even with hundreds of games. - Smarter sync: Library sync now runs as a single batch operation instead of one request per game — faster and easier on your connection. Plus a handful of stability fixes under the hood.
