CARE TEAM AND PREP
Keep the professionals you see organized by specialty. Before a visit, open the specialty summary so you arrive with context, not scattered notes.
MEDICATIONS
Keep a list of what you take: dose, how often, since when and who prescribed it. Finished courses stay in your history, and your current list travels into the specialty summary. It is a record, not an alarm clock: FichaMed does not send medication reminders.
HEALTH TAB (PRO)
Log symptoms with severity and notes, and track weight, blood pressure and blood sugar with charts and full history. Add your height to see your BMI. Choose kg or lb, mg/dL or mmol/L.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
FichaMed is local-first and works offline. Health data is not uploaded as a condition of use: it stays on your device unless you export or share something yourself.
FICHAMED PRO
An optional subscription unlocks the Health tab, your own checklist tasks and targets, insights, the specialty summary with PDF export, multiple profiles, app lock, iCloud backup and more.
