A new Saint of the Day every morning — with reflections, prayers, and the Daily Saint Challenge. Walk with the saints, one day at a time.
MySaint — Walk with the Saints
Deepen your Catholic faith one day at a time. MySaint brings you into the rich tradition of Catholic saints, Marian devotions, and holy figures through daily reflection, prayer, and spiritual discovery.
Saint of the Day
Begin each day with a featured saint, including their life, years, religious order, and a devotional fact drawn from their witness. Read more, receive a daily reflection and prayer, or share the saint with friends and family as a beautifully designed card.
Daily Saint Challenge
Five clues. One saint. Can you name them? The Daily Saint Challenge deepens your knowledge of Catholic history and helps you grow more familiar with the communion of saints.
My Devotion
Already drawn to a particular saint, Marian devotion, or holy figure? Enter the name and MySaint reveals what that devotion may be saying to your soul, including a spiritual reading, a notable saying, a well-known writing, and a personalized prayer.
Your Patron Saint
Through Saint Match or devotion search, MySaint helps you discover the saint who most closely reflects your spirit. Set that saint as your patron, receive a morning prayer written for you, and keep their intercession close each time you open the app.
Ask a Saint
Bring a question, a struggle, or a moment of uncertainty. MySaint draws on a saint’s life, writings, and spiritual tradition to offer a reflection shaped by their witness and rooted in Catholic spirituality.
Prayer Journal
Save your morning prayers and daily reflections in a private journal stored entirely on your device. Return to them whenever you need encouragement or want to trace your spiritual journey.
Feast Day Awareness
MySaint surfaces upcoming feast days so you never miss an opportunity to honor the saints who shape the liturgical calendar.
Your data stays on your device. No account. No cloud sync. No tracking. Everything is stored locally, with your privacy intact.
“I want to spend my heaven doing good on earth.” — St. Thérèse of Lisieux
MySaint is for Catholics, those exploring the faith, and anyone drawn to the lives of the saints. Walking with the saints, one day at a time.

Improved sharing features
1.3.16 May 3
Feast detail — no results fixed: Added metadata (years, order, feast date) for all 37 individual non-pool feast saints — St. Anselm, St. Blaise, St. Agatha, St. Athanasius, St. Josephine Bakhita, St. Albert the Great, St. Isaac Jogues, and 30 others. Tapping any of their feast day items now shows proper chips on the detail screen.
Supplementary biographies: All 37 of those saints now have a full devotional fact/bio on their detail screen — not just the chip metadata.
Fact text no longer cut off: The ScrollView bottom padding now accounts for the device's home indicator bar (safe area), so the last lines of a long biography are no longer hidden on Face ID iPhones and modern Android phones.
1.3.14 Apr 22
What's in this build (v1.3.13):
Feast day chip on the Saint of the Day card and share image
Tappable upcoming feast days list (3 items) on the Today screen
New feast day detail screen with saint portrait, life years, order, and devotional fact
Selectable text across prayers and reflections
1.3.13 Apr 21
Saint details at a glance — The Saint of the Day and your Patron Saint now show the years they lived and the religious order or tradition they belong to, right below their name. Sharing the Saint of the Day includes those details, too.
My Devotion, expanded — The devotion feature now welcomes Marian devotions, angelic figures, and Christ-centered devotions alongside canonized saints. The language throughout reflects that wider embrace.
1.3.12 Apr 21
The v1.3.10 build (build 27, currently in App Store Connect) was compiled before that work was done. So the newsletter signup card — the inline First Name / Last Name / Email form wired to the Kit API — is in the code but not in any build yet.
Everything else that's been done in this session is already in v1.3.10:
Share card with full fact text
Share flow timing fix (modal dismissal delay)
Dynamic version number on the You tab
1.3.11 Apr 20
Share flow — rebuilt multiple times, now in final form:
Today tab Share button opens a modal with a devotional saint card (portrait, name, feast day, fact quote, MySaint footer)
Card is captured as a PNG and sent to the native iOS share sheet as an image file — no URL in the payload
Facebook receives only the image, not a link
iOS animation conflict fixed (modal fully dismisses before share sheet opens)
Web preview at saint-matcher.replit.app/api/share updated with proper OG tags and dynamic saint name in the title/description
Profile — patron saint details:
More patron saint information is populated into user profiles from the devotion flow
Navigation — Android fix:
Navigation bar adjusted so it isn't blocked by Android system gesture bar
Feedback:
Feedback prompt links to App Store for reviews instead of an in-app form
Explorer page:
Card text and ordering updated
That covers the full delta. The share rebuild is the majority of the work across v1.3.4 through v1.3.9 — it went through a lot of iterations before landing on the current approach (image capture → native share sheet → no URL).
