Pick the apps that take your time. Scrollwall blocks them. To open one, you spend focus coins — and the only way to get coins is to do something real first.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your distracting apps. TikTok, Instagram, whatever yours are.
2. Earn coins by focusing. Start a session for studying, reading, training, cooking, drawing — anything you actually want to spend time on. The clock runs, the coins add up.
3. Spend coins to unlock. Trade what you earned for minutes on the apps you blocked. When the time is up, the wall goes back up.
That's the whole idea. Scrolling stops being free and starts being something you chose.
YOUR PLAN
There are no difficulty levels. You have two numbers of your own: how long you scroll, and how long you focus. They start near where your week actually is and step towards your goal one week at a time, rather than asking for all of it on day one.
The Plan tab shows the week you are on, how each number has moved over the last 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, and lets you change either one whenever you want.

SCROLLWALL PREMIUM
Scrollwall is a subscription. A free trial is available when you start, and after it ends, earning coins, logging what you did and unlocking your apps all need an active subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
Scrollwall uses Apple's Screen Time API to block the apps you choose. It never sees what you do in them.

I never thought I would write a review for an app but here we are. This app deserves one, it’s overall pretty great. The free version actually has a lot of options for earning credits, I don’t even know why you would buy the paid subscription. If you need an app to actually cure your screen time addiction this is what I would recommend :)
