Watch your screen recordings Notes you recorded on the web with your screen shared now play right in the app. The video plays with its audio, chapters show a preview of each moment so you can jump straight to it, and the transcript highlights each line as it's spoken. Tap full screen for a bigger view. Share with or without the screen recording When a note has a screen recording, the share sheet lets you choose whether the link includes it. It starts off, because a screen recording shows everything that was on your screen. Access levels for shared spaces Choose what each person in a shared space can do: • Admin access: record, edit and manage who has access • Can record: record and make changes • Can read: read everything, change nothing Improvements • NotoScribe now checks that you can save to a space before you start recording, so a recording is never lost to a permissions problem. • Space settings now show owners and admins correctly.

PHOTOS WHILE YOU RECORD Tap the camera mid-recording to capture a whiteboard, a slide, or a page from a document. Each photo uploads as you take it, so nothing waits at the end, and every one is kept with the recording and the moment it was taken. SHARE A RECORDING WITH A LINK Send anyone a link to a single recording — the note, the transcript and the audio, no account needed to open it. Share it from a space, from the recording itself, or in one tap on the screen you land on when a recording finishes. Revoke the link whenever you like. NOTES IN YOUR LANGUAGE Pick the language your notes are written in from Settings › General, from over 100 languages. Reading a note that isn't in yours? One tap shows it in English. UPCOMING A new calendar view gathers the dates, deadlines and meetings mentioned across your recordings, with recent past ones a tap away. Open any event to jump straight to the recording it came from. SPACES • Private and shared spaces now live in one list, with a badge on the shared ones — no more switching tabs to find half of them. • Delete a space you own and everything inside it, behind a two-step confirmation that tells you exactly what goes and who loses access. FIXED • Spaces shared with you now show up in the Ask picker.

Connect your AI Noto Scribe now works with outside AI assistants. Link a compatible assistant — such as Claude — from Settings → Account → Connect your AI, and it can search and read your notes to answer questions across everything you've recorded. You choose when to connect, and you can disconnect at any time. Your recording balance A new Billing screen under Settings shows how much recording time you have left, along with every payment and credit that got you there. We now tell you inside the app when you drop below an hour, so a recording never stops as a surprise.
