MORPH is a daily word ladder puzzle built around shortest-path solving.
You are given two words. Your job is to transform the first word into the second word by changing exactly one letter at a time. Every word you create along the way must be a real English word. The goal is to reach the target in as few steps as possible.

COLD, CORD, WORD, WARD, WARM

A new puzzle unlocks every day, and everyone plays the same puzzle on the same day. Solve it, share your result, and compare your path.
WHAT MAKES MORPH DIFFERENT
Finding the shortest path is a real skill. Two players can solve the same puzzle with very different results. A great solve is short, efficient, and clean.
Dead ends are part of the game. You will try words that lead nowhere, backtrack, and find a smarter route. That is where the challenge lives.
HOW SCORING WORKS
Every puzzle has a pre-calculated minimum step count. Solve it in the minimum and earn a perfect score. Extra steps reduce your star rating.

One puzzle per day. MORPH is designed to be a quick daily ritual. Solve it, protect your streak, and come back for the next puzzle. Optional daily reminders can help you stay on track.
PLAY OFFLINE
MORPH is designed to work offline. Puzzle data and word lists are stored on your device. No account required. No login needed.

After solving, your word chain becomes a shareable result card that shows your exact path from start to finish.
