KRVR streams your PC VR games to Apple Vision Pro over your home network.
It works two ways. Native OpenXR games run through KRVR's own OpenXR runtime on the PC. Everything else runs through SteamVR with the KRVR driver. Either way the headset side is the same: install this app, press Connect, launch the game on your PC.
What makes it different
• Eye-tracked foveated streaming. The full-detail region follows your gaze, so the bandwidth goes where you are looking and the picture stays sharp where it matters.
• Mixed reality ready. Hand tracking, a passthrough window to see your keyboard, controllers or rig, adjustable FOV crop, and a settings pill you can move, hide or customise.
• Live tuning. Bitrate, fovea size, periphery compression and sharpening change while you play,
• Audio and microphone to the PC, controller support, and a desktop mirror when you need the PC screen.
Works with your PC VR library, whatever you play: room-scale, seated or cockpit, native OpenXR or SteamVR.
What you need
• A Windows 11 PC with NVIDIA or AMD GPU
• The free KRVR server for Windows from krvr.app.
• PC on wired ethernet, Vision Pro on 5 GHz Wi-Fi, same network.
• SteamVR installed if you want to play SteamVR games.

I previously said I would update this review if I saw improvement, and I very quickly did with the last update.Once things are setup, the video is crisp and fluid. I have had a few moments where I would leave the app on accident. Overall the UI could use a remodel.The masking feature currently doesn’t seem to be working, but I imagine this is temporary. Looking forward to playing with that now that everything else is a bit smoother!Keep it up! Glad to see the beginnings of what is possible!

Takes a little setup but once all the pieces are working this is the premier PCVR streaming experience on AVP! The UI makes it very easy to get into and out of sessions and the CloudXR integration is a big improvement over other streaming solutions currently on the market.

I’ve tried everything and I can’t make one single game to work, I have all the perfect set up, but it does not work. I am not sure if I would recommend this app right now.
