New: log your mood each day, and take a break without losing your streaks. Habits and tasks on one screen, with a limit you choose. Free to start. You write down ten things for today and close three. Usually because they never fit. Monkway puts a limit on what goes into your day and warns you when you cross it. You choose the number. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP HERE Habits, with their frequency and streak. Tasks, with the day you mean to close them. Journeys: a long goal with its habits and tasks inside. Backlog: what you have not decided yet, without cluttering today. Notes, loose or attached to a habit. THE DAILY LIMIT It counts habits and tasks together, because your time does not tell them apart. Go over the maximum you set and the app says so before it takes one more thing. DECIDE, DO NOT PILE UP Whatever lands in the backlog gets decided later: today, another day, or turned into a habit. Nothing sits there forever. WHAT YOU WOULD NOT SPOT ALONE Monkway tells you which habit is slipping this week and which task you keep postponing. No charts to interpret. GUIDED JOURNEYS Ten habit sets ready to start: sleep, physique, mental clarity, your environment, work. Add the whole journey or just the habits you want. ON YOUR PHONE AND YOUR COMPUTER The same account on iPhone and on the web, kept in sync. WIDGETS Your day on the home screen and the lock screen, without opening the app. CALENDAR, REMINDERS AND HEALTH Your events and reminders next to your habits, and today's steps from Health. That data is read on your iPhone and stays there.

Your mood, and a break that doesn't cost you your streaks • Log how you feel each day from Today: one slider, and five dimensions if you want to go deeper. See how your mood moves over the week, the month and the year in Progress. • Been away a few days? Monkway asks whether you were taking a break. Say "I'm back" and your streaks stay exactly as they were, or keep the break going for all your habits or just some. • A habit idle for a week gets its own gentle question: pause it, make it easier, or keep going. • Pausing a habit and resuming it later no longer resets its streak. • Small fixes across Today and Progress.
