What's new in 1.4 (build 177) since 1.3 (build 174): Promo & Prize Code Redemption Added a "Redeem a Code" option under Settings → Subscription. Users can enter an admin-issued promo code or tournament prize code to activate an Angler or Pro-Angler subscription for a set duration. Added a "Have a promo code?" link at the bottom of the upgrade/paywall screen that navigates to the same redemption flow. Codes are validated server-side and are single-use, time-limited, and rate-limited (5 attempts per hour per user). No payment is collected — these are admin-granted access codes only. On success, the subscription entitlement is granted immediately and the user is returned to the main app.

New: Personal TrueCatch Verification (Pro Angler) Request TrueCatch verification on everyday catches, not just tournaments — earn a verified badge on your catch log. Enable "Verify by Default" in Settings to apply it automatically. Improved measurement photos Ruler detection is faster and more reliable. Review and fine-tune AI-detected measurement points with a new magnifier for precise placement, even if the ruler isn't auto-detected. Other improvements - Filter "What's Working" by species - Set a minimum-catch threshold per forecast location - Example reference photos shown when capturing hero/measurement shots - General bug fixes and polish

● What's New in Version 1.3 Gallery-First Catch Logging Logging a catch is now faster and more flexible. Tap "Add from Gallery" or "Add with Camera" directly from the Catch Log screen — no more hunting for the camera button. Tournaments on the Main Screen The Tournaments tab now lives in the main navigation bar so your active and upcoming tournaments are always one tap away. Tackle Box in Settings Your active tackle box is now managed in Settings → Tackle Boxes. Tap the checkmark next to any box to set it as active — your selection is remembered between sessions. Improved Measurement Accuracy (TrueCatch) The AI measurement system now calibrates using two independent 1" ruler segments instead of reading endpoint numbers, eliminating errors when the fish doesn't start at zero on the ruler. The TrueCatch verification detail now shows the full pixel-level calculation for transparency.

What's New in 1.1 (Build 161) Tournament Rules & Info Anglers enrolled in a tournament now have a dedicated Rules & Info tab on the tournament screen. Displays the tournament schedule, eligible species, fishing boundary and radius, scoring format, catch window, and any organizer-supplied rules. Tournament Fishing Day Enforcement TrueCatch now enforces the maximum fishing days limit set by the organizer. Catches submitted on a new day once the limit is reached are automatically flagged and rejected from scoring. TrueCatch Verification Detail Anglers can tap any TrueCatch badge to see a full breakdown of what was verified — GPS, EXIF timestamp, species match, measurement instrument — and which checks triggered a review flag. Tier Feature Gates All subscription-gated features (offline maps, extended predictions, angler limits) are now consistently enforced across the app with an inline upgrade prompt. Bug Fixes - Gold camera button no longer appears for anglers with no active tournament after logging out - Fishing predictions score calculation corrected - Community catches refresh when returning to the feed - Stats screen range calculations corrected
