Timi keeps the messages, the photos, the files, the tasks and the quotes of one job in one place — with the people that job concerns. Open as many channels as you like: one per job, one per client, one per anything. There is no plan, no cap and no seat count. THE OTHER PEOPLE DON'T NEED TIMI Add somebody by phone number and they are a full participant. What you send to the channel reaches them. When they want the app, they can be invited by text. WHAT A CHANNEL HOLDS • Messages — plain text, like any chat. • Photos and files — anything you have to hand over. • Tasks — with sub tasks under them, each with a person and a date. Anyone in the channel can tick one off, and everybody's copy moves. • Quotes — one price, or lines that add up to one. The other side accepts or declines from the card, and both of you keep the same PDF. WHAT'S OPEN One screen for everything waiting on somebody: quotes nobody has answered, tasks nobody has finished, and what they come to. THE ONES YOU WRITE AGAIN AND AGAIN Keep a line or a sub task with a star, and start the next quote or task from it. YOUR WORK STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Channels, messages, tasks and quotes live on the devices of the people in them. Our server relays what you send and deletes its copy within 24 hours. Your own backup is one tap away on the account screen. IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and French — right to left included, properly. QUIET BY DESIGN No feed, no likes, no plan to choose. A channel, the people in it, and the work. Timi writes quotes. It does not issue tax invoices and it cannot take payments.
