Student Showcase gives Early Years and primary school students a simple, beautiful way to photograph and celebrate their work.
Each student has their own coloured bubble on the home screen. Tap your bubble, take a photo, and your build, model, or artwork is saved to your personal gallery — forever on this device, never uploaded anywhere.
WHAT IT DOES

• Add, rename, or remove students at any time
• Choose bubble shapes: circles, squares, rectangles, triangles, or mixed
• Set a photo limit per student (9–30 photos)
• Auto-delete oldest photo when limit is reached, or block new uploads
• Export student photos to the camera roll individually or in bulk
• Customise the background colour and bubble font size
• 5-step onboarding guide on first launch
PRIVACY FIRST
Student Showcase was designed for classrooms where children's photos must stay private. There is no sign-in, no network connection, no analytics, and no data leaves the device. Photos are stored in the app's private Documents folder and are not accessible outside the app unless the teacher exports them.
DESIGNED FOR IPAD
Optimised for all iPad sizes. Uses Quicksand — a friendly, rounded font that works well in Early Years settings. Supports both portrait and landscape orientation.
Student Showcase is free with no in-app purchases and no advertising.

• Added a separate Clear All Photos action with confirmation
• Improved bulk add so longer student lists are easier to review and add
• Improved random display mode so names no longer reshuffle when changing text size and other display settings
As always, student names and photos stay on-device unless a teacher chooses to print or share the photos.
