Version 3.0 — four new games and a lot of new things to unlock. DINO CHASE Roll your marble through a cave, collect eggs, and carry them home to the burrow while hunters search for you. The catch is the carrying: you can only hold a few at a time, eggs only count once they're banked, and the more you're carrying the slower you move. Grab one and dash back, or fill up and risk the long walk. The hunters don't know where you are. They wander the cave looking, chase the moment they spot you, then search where they last saw you before giving up. Break their line of sight behind a rock and you're gone. Where they wander is random every run, so there's no route to memorise. 50 caves, each with its own layout and colours. Four difficulties from Easy to Legendary — the harder tiers don't move faster, they see further, remember longer, and rarely take a wrong turn. MARBLE VOLLEY A paddle game with three modes. Play solo against a critter, go head-to-head with two players on one device at the same time, or take on Rally mode, where hazards keep arriving the longer you last: bumpers in mid-court, then a rock ridge sliding along the top wall, then two more down the sides at 130 and 150 returns. Eight power-ups including shields, sticky paddles, and an Extra Marble that puts a second ball in play. CRITTER CHOMP Grid snake, reimagined. Eat, grow, and don't hit yourself — across four modes including Endless, Marathon (the pace climbs with every bite), Time Attack, and 100 levels per difficulty. Wild mode adds power-up fruits and combo streaks. Play with arrow buttons, a joystick, or swipe. 55 critter skins and 44 board backgrounds to unlock. CRITTER SORT Six towers of mixed coloured blocks — sort them so every tower is a single colour. Tap to lift, tap to drop, and undo as much as you like while you work it out. 100 levels with par move counts and star ratings, plus Random mode for a fresh puzzle at any difficulty. Every solve scores on how few moves you took and how quickly you finished, with a top-5 board per difficulty. OVER 200 NEW THINGS TO UNLOCK Hunter packs that swap all four Dino Chase hunters at once — Deep Sea, Safari, Arctic, Mythical, Spooky and more. Egg and burrow styles. 30 Marble Volley courts and 30 paddles. Critter Sort backdrops, tower styles and block symbol sets. Plus marble trails shared with Dash and Hop, so anything you already own works right away. More than 80 new achievements across the four games, with full stats pages and top-5 leaderboards for each. REFRESHED SCREENS The new games get setup screens built around your name, your cosmetics, and a proper look at your best scores. Level pickers use a clean grid with progress rings. Pause menus include sound, haptics, a How to Play shortcut, and a Back to Setup button so you can tweak a setting and jump straight back in. Level progress is tracked per difficulty — clearing every level on Easy doesn't unlock anything on Medium or Hard. Each one is its own run. CRITTER SLUGGERS The baseball game has a new name. Same game, clearer name. Both the setup-screen Top 5 and Stats now show marbles remaining alongside time. DROP QUEST: MAGNET AUTO-COLLECTS Magnet now instantly collects gems within range instead of pulling them in. No more gems scrolling off-screen while they slowly drift toward you on a fast fall. DROP QUEST: SMOOTHER WORLD LOADING Fixed the stutter when the next portion of the cavern loaded. The world now generates further ahead of the marble so the work happens off-screen, and wall lookups got a perf pass for deep runs. STATS SCREEN UPGRADES Critter Crossing stats now show per-difficulty Top 5 lists (was a single flat list mixing difficulties). Marble Solitaire stats rows show marbles + time to match the new ranking model. Match Cards stats already had per-difficulty Top 5s. Drawing Telephone — pass + draw + guess + chain reveal. 3-6 players. Player 1 starts with a prompt (system-given or self-typed). Each player after either draws what the previous player wrote, or guesses what the previous player drew. At the end, watch the entire chain replay step-by-step for a guaranteed laugh. Steering & controls Hop now offers three steering modes: Tilt, Drag, and a brand-new on-screen Joystick. Pick from setup or swap mid-run from the pause menu. Hop's tilt steering now works correctly on iPad in any landscape orientation. Critter Crossing adds an optional Joystick mode — hold a direction to keep walking. Arrow buttons stay the default; swipes always work in either mode. Setup screens for both games show all control options up front instead of hiding them behind a toggle. Per-screen orientation control iPhone now locks portrait-only games and menus to portrait so they don't stretch in landscape. Road Trip, Challenge, Don't Say It, Draw It, Dash, and Hop continue to support landscape. iPad keeps full rotation freedom everywhere as before. How To Play & UX consistency How To Play buttons added above Start on every game setup screen that was missing one. Critter Crossing and Hop tutorials updated to cover the new control modes. Pinball tutorial corrected (outlanes were removed in an earlier update; the doc now matches the actual table). Hub subtitles on the main menu now reflect which games you've hidden — no more "Dash · Hop · Pinball · Crossing" when Dash is hidden. Removed the skull emoji from Pinball; softened other loss-path wording for a friendlier feel. Draw It Free Draw fixes: pause menu instead of an exit prompt, and the Free Draw tile no longer looks pre-selected. Performance & bug fixes Fixed a freeze that could happen when switching Hop steering modes from the pause menu. Fixed a Critter Crossing leak where the joystick auto-repeat could keep ticking after navigating away. Long sequential AI delays in all-AI Challenge and all-AI Classifier games are now ~45% shorter — no more dragging through every turn while you spectate. Pinball improvements Flipper pivots raised slightly so the bottom of the playfield feels less stretched. Flipper collision rewritten from scratch with brute-force micro-sampling. The flipper now registers a hit every time it contacts the ball — whether the ball is fast, slow, or still, and whether the flipper is at rest or mid-swing. No more pass-through. New comeback mechanic: Extra Ball. When you have 2 or fewer balls remaining, you have two ways to earn one back (max 2 per game): Win a Ghost Hunt at 100% — instant +1 ball. Every 50,000 score, the left scoop lights up cyan with a 24-second countdown. Hit it during the window for +1 ball. Level 1 Ghost Hunts now spawn ghosts in the mid/lower playfield, so first-time players don't need a perfect loop shot to start learning the mechanic. Levels 2 and 3 still use the full playfield. Hunt durations lengthened (L1 30s, L2 45s, L3 60s) and Level 3 ghost count tuned down for a fairer pace. Ghost Hunts and Treasure Showers now politely queue around each other instead of running at the same time. iPad layout polish Free The Animal hub Go Back button no longer collides with the status bar in landscape. Road Trip setup mode picker on wide screens now sits above the two-column layout instead of getting squeezed.
